“Incredible selection and great service on hard goods, have gotten great help with skis and boots that needed worked on. Gotta say though, I know hiring good staff is tough in this area, but seems like you either get semi-aggressive gear beta or completely ignored by the staff upstairs. Once went in looking for high top boots for work, repeatedly got told I really should be wearing trail runners despite my insistence that they weren’t suitable for my job… another time spent over an hour trying on shell bibs and spent $500 without ever speaking to one of the several staff members that were working. Regardless the great selection will keep me coming back.”

“Thank you Reece! Reece is a ski and boot tech upstairs at the demo center. He recently helped fit my girlfriend for boots. He was incredibly patient, insightful, and curious. My girlfriend is newer to skiing, so figuring out we’ll-fitting boots can be an uncomfortable and confusing experience, especially when you’re dropping hundreds of dollars. Reece found the right boots at an incredible used discount price. What a great dude!”

“Rick's love for fishing in the mammoth lakes region instantly shows with all the information, tips, and tricks, he is willing to share. There is an information board in the front of the shop to give you the latest on what's happening at the local lakes and he and his staff are more than willing to fill in any questions you may have. I used his map that he freely hands out to help you easily navigate to any of the lakes on lake Mary road. Tell him or the staff what your fishing plans are and they will do their best to see that you have great memories to take home.”

“I browsed though a good handful of stores in Mammoth recently, and Alpine Approach is my favorite. They have an impressive selection in a relatively small shop, and it's a good vibe. The late-season sale had some great deals, and I ended up with a pair of ski gloves that I love.”

“June 2023I liked McCoy's shop at the Village in Mammoth. The store was clean and organized. It looked pleasant. My grandkids like to get stuffed animals so we checked this store out for them. We found our stuffed toys and as we went to pay, the cashier was busy flirting with a coworker. She rung up my purchase and as I was getting my payment she picked up her phone and started checking her texts. Right there. At the front counter. With a customer standing in front of her! I had to ask her , "Am I inconveniencing you?" She was confused so I told her that I didn't want my purchase to take away from her phone time. She got a little flustered and handed me my receipt. No bag. No "Thank You". I had to ask for a bag for all of our items. I like the store overall. Some stuffed animals were a good prices while others were quite high. The customer service was really bad! I'm sure the workers are seasonal, but they really should be trained on giving the customer their full attention and keeping their phones in their pockets!”

“If you come here, you must try the Lobster Roll! It is so delicious! I recommend getting it with Garlic Fries in the side! You will not regret it! I also really like their cocktails, very delicious and strong! Service here was excellent! All of the employees are very friendly and accommodating! Definitely a new fave spot at the Mammoth Village! Can't wait to come back and try other foods and more cocktails”
“2nd time in two years we have visited 365 to rent e-bikes. Both times the service & staff was great. The owner, Anita, was so helpful and personable. Going in we knew where we wanted to ride, but she made a simple suggestion to our route and even mapped it out for us that made our day riding one of the highlights of our week! There are plenty of rental places in Mammoth, but we'll never choose another place as long as 365 is in town.”
