I am not very happy with my new iPhone. It seems to be invading my privacy, and music that I have paid for seems to disappear. I have to redo my playlist regularly. I turned off the automatic updates, but this phone and my last iPhone seems to have the same problem. If I want a new replacement, I have to pay more money, for a phone that is just asraggedy. I am thinking of going to a different phone maker. Maybe Google.

First of all I want to say that this location and this store have been ok to me. Since there is no way Apple accepts criticism about its products I am forced to present my complaint in here using this local store. Not possible to complain about Apple alone, this system links Apple to a location.Let it be known my problem is with APPLE PRODUCTS , not with this store in particular. I have always used Apple iPhones and had some issues ... one of them happening at this same store years ago, but my issue today is with Apple Corporation. Bought a MAC computer, about three months ago, we all know these are not cheap products, and after a while Apple makes its products expire, forcing its clients to purchase new products , that is lame, they can do this because they feel they have forced customers into using their devices ... if you leave Apple, you loose your information, so in this way we are kept hostage to this company. I have a beautiful tablet I bought years ago, that looks new, but can not be used anymore because Apple stops sending updates to older products ... rendering it useless, lame, but that is another story.Back to the MAC computer I bought a couple months ago. As I start using it, I realized this expensive top of the line computer has no access to many apps I use daily. Initially I was told those apps are available but, apps for iPhones are not transferable onto the MAC many times, but could be uploaded into the MAC separately. Ok, I tried to do so, but many apps are not even available separately , like the simple FACEBOOK app. Not available for MAC computers. I am no computer programmer in need of special technical tools, more of an average computer user, and I was flabbergasted after learning my MAC could not download a simple app as Facebook. There are others too, and it is frustrating. At least Apple should warn prospective customers about the things it's computers will not be able to do, as opposed to keeping it in disguise so that the customer can only learn about it upon purchase. Well, there is a solution to anything right ? So I checked online asking a question, ¿ why is it that a simple app as Facebook is not available in MAC computers ? I found nothing, only similar , not same questions that had one or two answers in an Apple forum, generic answers like "you can access Facebook via a browser" ... like people get an expensive MAC computer to use it as if it were a cheap Chinese computer through browsers, but well, when I wanted to participate I found out all these questions with 1 or 2 answers about using the browser were closed to any more replies, restricted, that is, Apple did not allow for more replies. Ok. So I went into the Apple page, the one you sign in with your Apple ID or fingerprint. I wanted to bring my question to the audience, I asked. ¿How is it possible that an expensive computer like an Apple Mac has no access to a simple app like Facebook ?Apple sent me a private email telling me my question was not constructive ! Reason why Apple was deleting my question. That same email said I should not try replying through that email sent to me because Apple does not accept replies. Apple deleted my question and through a private mail Apple told me not only that my question was deleted but, they would not even listen to me, I better not bother replying because they would not take replies. Not only Apple takes no criticism of its products, it does not tolerate criticism. Apple actively deceives prospective Apple customers into believing everything is great with its products and any attempt at any criticism is deleted and erased from its pages in order to sell a manufactured fantasy reality to the public.This happened about 15 minutes ago, reason that prompted me to come over to Yelp, because Apple is not going to accept questioning its products not criticism in public and will not respond even in private. very rude, smug kids working here. i had gotten a brand new aftermarket battery installed at a third party shop on 10/27, but my phone said it was not a genuine part. so, i decided to go to apple on 10/30 for a genuine battery. i informed the apple representative that i had just gotten a brand new battery from a shop where i get all my work done, but it was saying "unknown part" in the settings. i told her i wanted apple to removed it, install a genuine battery, and give me the aftermarket battery back so i could take it to my home shop for a refund, or to get a store credit for an ipad repair i planning to get. the process with apple turned out way too time consuming and inconvenient. first, the apple rep ran diagnosis on my phone, which is standard procedure, but it had to be ran three times because of errors, so that was 15 minutes, when they could easily just looked at the battery error message in the settings. while running diagnosis, i noticed it did not inform her that my speaker was broken, so i told her i was surprised the test didn't realize my speakers don't work. anyway, she then informed me that i had to erase my phone to get a battery installed. luckily, i had automatic backup on, so there was a backup from that morning, but nevertheless, it's totally unnecessary and i could only imagine if someone had no backup and had to sit there for hours waiting for it to backup just to get a battery. then, they took pictures of the device and finally started the repair, which would take another hour. my home shop has me in and out in five minutes with this type of work for multiple devices. anyway, the rep did not write any detailed notes about me wanting to take my brand new battery back to my home shop for a refund, and when i came back to get my phone, i was informed i could not have my brand new battery that i purchased with my hard earned money. even tho i was paying apple $100 for a battery, which is also now my property, apple wanted to keep my $100 dollar aftermarket battery. the technician who was giving me my phone back also asked for ID, instead of just knowing i was the customer who dropped off the phone. then, he told me there was no way i was getting my battery back, so i asked for a manager, to which he responded that even she wouldn't be able to give me the battery back. the manager, heather, came out and told me they could give me a receipt and pictures to show my home shop, but wouldn't be able to give me the battery. i informed heather that i would not have gotten the work done if the first rep would've informed me they would have to keep my brand new aftermarket battery. heather checked the notes of the first rep, which simply said "customer states receiving genuine battery error" and told me that i couldn't have told the first rep all these details because the first rep didn't write them in the system. i told heather that the rep didn't even write that my speaker was broken, so the one sentence she did write couldn't be used as the only thing i said. after informing the manager that it was completely apple's fault for not making their policy clear upfront, and that it made no sense that they needed to keep my brand new battery, she placed my battery on the table and said she would not be able to give it back, as if i had the option to steal my own property if i wanted. so, i took my battery and left. however, i decided i would do heather a favor and go back to my home shop since i've known the owner for years, get my old faulty battery back from them, and bring it back to heather since she did me somewhat of a favor. i drove down on 10/31, 11/1, and 11/2, but she was not there. when i came on 11/3 to thank her and give her the old battery, she refused to come out and greet me. she had a rep inform me that apple "ate the cost" and that they could recycle my old battery if i wanted. so, you're telling me, i purchase a phone in 2018, paid cash in full, which means i fully own it, and all its parts. i purch

So disappointed at a Apple Store that has billions of dollars. They should treat there there customers a little better I bought my daughter AirPods Pro not working by second week go to the store they send for repairs we got them maybe 3 days ago not working again now they wanna say we have to send again for repairs and that maybe I will have to pay this time around not professional at all again for a company that has so much money ?

They don’t know what they are doing. I bought new phone. I explained I wanted to restore to new phone from encrypted backup on my Mac to transfer all secure app settings. No one at the store understood this. Better to go to another store.

This service in this impeccable! As soon as I walked into the store (which is normally crowded) I was assisted. Natalie assisted me with the trade in of my old iPad mini for a new one. There are so many different colors of iPads. I made my purchase and out of the store in about 20 minutes. The client advisor at this location are some of the friendliest people you will ever come in contact with. The price of Apple products can be expensive but you will be happy with your purchase. Thank you to the team at this location.

Person who first attended me was racist and discriminated.. he repeated said he could not help there’s nothing to do for me.anyone could walk in with a phone being locked it could be stolen he couldn’t help.after he attempted to “help.” He tapped the table to put my other device down he looked disgusted when he touched my other device. Then again said yup can’t help you call Apple. I responded back well Am I not at Apple for this reason to get help? He then said sorry nope you need the password for Apple ID I said yes I know it I forgot my passcode. I know you can help or someone else. He said okay it’s a 2 hour wait or more. Or just make an appointment we can’t do anything for you. I said okay I’ve got helped before. I’ll go to someone else he left came back got someone else to help. With such a nasty attitude.

The worst Apple Store! The guy who helped me was super condescending and rude. No one even approached me or greeted me. I had to stop someone and I had an appointment. And of course they didn’t have an iPad mini 6 in stock to replace my cracked one. How am I not surprised. Waste of time! I would rather go to Century City and pay for their overpriced parking.

I have Apple Care and I was looking to repair my phone screen iPhone 13 pro max, and they didn’t want to fix that, they giveme another iPhone so now I lose my passwords, photos, and important information saved in my old phone. I’m super, sad, annoyed and stressful. Bad experience in the technical support in this store.

Let me start by saying I am a PC user tried and true, but I must praise this Apple store for going that extra mile to help my daughter - the Mac user in the family. Her Mac stopped working and she was unable to get any type of screen to work from. The tech people had a quick look at her system and determined the problem was a bad wire and they could have it fixed for her within 3 - 5 days. Unfortunately she had a flight scheduled in 2 days to go back to her University in Europe. Understanding the dilemma, the technician we spoke with and the one he was working with in the back discussed the problem and assured us they'd have her Mac fixed within 1 day - they succeeded.

Went to the Apple Store earlier this afternoon and received the best customer service. It took long because I wanted a new phone and laptop. The Apple employees were able to educate and update me on the latest Apple gear since I have no clue what’s going on with technology today. Natalie and I think a guy named Bryan/Ryan helped us. Another girl with head wrap helped us find the perfect phone and laptop. The other two helped me set up my phone and laptop. This was so much easier compared to if I had done it alone. THANK YOU!
