When I called to schedule my 10,000 she reserved a car for me just in case, which was very convenient since it was 2 days before Thanksgiving and I had lots to do. “We had a weird highway accident with a rolling cinder block from an adjacent 18 wheeler. The damage involved multiple sensors, the grill, the AC condenser, and removal of the cinder block that was still lodged in our car. It seemed a lot to fix, but Caliber accomplished it flawlessly. “First time bringing my vehicle here after an unfortunate and unexpected event happed around July 03. My 2021 Tacoma was melted and I honestly thought it wasn’t repairable since I’ve never seen this.
After going back and forth with my insurance and the shop the Tacoma is back; and it looks like nothing had happened in the first place!
Paint job matches, truck looks good as new, and I don’t even remember what was damaged in the first place because they fixed it up so well!
The shop also was very attentive and quick with the truck! It only took a bit because of insurance but that’s on the insurance end. The shop is also very responsive, friendly, and very patient especially within the first couple weeks of me calling a lot.
Overall, great shop, people, owner, etc. I will come back here again for other vehicle needs when needed!”

“I came here to buy myself an early Christmas present. As when I want something, I usually don't like to wait. I first went to REI and they didn't have the size and color I wanted. So, I looked up and found Rack attack near where I was. Called and spoke to a nice young man. He informed me that they had what I was seeking. He also said they offer installation for a fee of 40 dollars. I was sold. It is a small location with parking in the back. Also, a trash can to put the cardboard, when done with the installation. I was very pleased with the service and how quickly I was able to leave with my new Motion 3 L in Grey. Definitely would recommend this company to anyone! Thank you for making my day that wonderful day! I am so happy every time I look at my Honda CRV!”
“If I could give these guys 10 stars I would. This is the BEST bodyshop I have ever used. I was in TWO accidents (fender benders) and my 2022 Prius needed some serious work, luckily my insurance covered the costs (minus deductible) but the damage was extensive. All of the cars sensors were wrecked, no more parking assist, no more warnings when I'm too close. MBS not only fixed everything, they guaranteed the work. When I took the car back, everything was working better than before. I tested all of the sensors and parking assist. PERFECT. Not to mention the car looks BRAND NEW! Nestor was my point person and he dealt with the insurance company, there as no hassle. In fact when I forgot to mention some damage and told him about after the claim had already gone through, he did a quick readjustment and called the insurance company ... they sent over a check. Nestor was great! I really hope I don't get into anymore accidents (but this is LA haha) if I do, MBS has my business for LIFE!”

“This place is incredible! Not only are the staff nice, attentive, friendly and knowledgeable, but they truly are experts! I was in a hit and run accident and where the driver left a huge dent and black streaks on my light blue 2024 Chevy trax RS. As you may think, this made my car look horrible. After going to several different body shops to get an estimate, my cousin, who had been a customer of Innovative before, told me to come here.
Once I showed up, I got an estimate that was way cheaper than the asking price of other collision shops, and the work they did was incredible!! You can see it in the photos below. I would highly recommend coming here and at least getting the quote. Their work speaks for itself, but the work they do is amazing!! I will be recommending anyone I know to come here! You will NOT be disappointed.”
