“Had a lot of VW's over the years and the Auto Meister is a throw back the those little shops that really do it right! Sorry to hear a review claiming a rare part was plucked or comments laced with F-bombs because they could not get an appointment right away. This is a two stall shop with customer cars wedged from the boulevard to back alley. It is a big town and they have no shortage of customers. Randy's supreme mission is to do a quality repair for a fair price, he is not eager to overbook. I bought a '71 Westy in November 2019 and had to wait until January before he could make room, this is not my daily driver so two months was not a big F*cking deal to me. Randy honored the January appointment, did a complete and thorough job going through my bus, it's running great! Since then I have driven 4,000 trouble free miles just running around town. Randy did a tune-up last week, planning to visit my daughter in Santa Barbara next week and will drive with confidence. Delighted to have a local shop where the same hands have been wrenching VW's for over fifty years. Randy deserves full praise for his expertise and for running a quality shop held in very high esteem serving the South Bay community for over fifty years.”

“Great customer service and staff! I had a minor issue with my Volvo. It was showing a message about engine coolant fluid being low. So I called them to request an appointment. They asked me to bring it in, and they added coolant. The manager was very helpful and the mechanic who took care of the issue was courteous. Afterwards, when I was going to pay, they didn't want to take any money since they were able to fix the issue very quickly. Service that is very much appreciated!”

I found him he run stores professional and provide quality service. The store he is at now I went to last year who ever that Korean or Chinese man is that was there is horrible. That man is terrible yuck? so I was lead by the holy spirit to call and find Hector. I do not and do not want to deal with noone but Hector he is a great store manager he care about everyone and do not judge people. He try real hard to help others I refuse to deal with other stores especially Gardena those staff members are mean unprofessional and hate their job. Hector is so nice he provide quality service and professionalism. You have no idea what goes on behind the scene at some of your store locations and I thank God you got that Korean man out of that location. He was running your business off or maybe he don't like African Americans, I don't know but he's nasty and mean to consumers.”
“I brought my 2006 Ford Econoline to Globe Tire because my front end was making knocking noises. I had been told by 2 other garages that there was no issue and everything looked great (how this is possible, I have no idea). I knew there was an issue because I could see all the bushings were cracked and something was leaking near my front driver's side tire. One of my neighbors said they did great work and recommended I check them out. To say they delivered is an understatement! Not only did they take me in without an appointment but they also had their mechanic go on a test ride with me so he could hear the issue. They immediately took my vehicle onto the lift and had a diagnosis within 15 minutes. They gave me a very reasonable quote and said they'd call when it was ready. They called later in the afternoon to let me know they were still waiting on a few parts but expected to be finished the next day. Everything was ready the next day, just as they said. And the knocking noise was fixed! It turned out to be a really big job and required a lot of the front end to be replaced, but they knocked it out of the park! The entire experience was amazing. Everyone was very professional and friendly. They took their time explaining what needed to be repaired and they offered to split up the repairs over time to make it more affordable. They even gave me a discount to help with the cost. I can't say enough about this shop. I was genuinely caught off guard by their professionalism, quality of work, and customer service. Thank you to everyone at Globe Tire!! You now have a new lifelong customer!”
