They did not hover like many furniture stores do. They were within eyesight to ask questions and very knowledgeable about the furniture. Unknowingly we even spoke to the store manager and the assistant manager. No pressure we given or felt. Every question was answered even if it was previously asked. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! “I always drive by Foam Mart but never needed anything until I purchased a new seat for my car and the padding was too tall. I pulled out the foam from the seat cushion and brought them into Foam Mart today.
The guy that helped me (receipt says Yossi) was so friendly and easy going. He helped me pick out the half-height foam and cut them for me right there, getting all the different angles of the cushion perfect.
I was in and out in less time than it took me to get a large Coke at the McDonalds next door. Refreshingly perfect experience!”
