“I had my BEST experience today at CVS. I have been very sick with acute bronchitis. Teladoc sent in 2 of the 3 prescription…forgetting the most important, azithromycin. Realizing that it was Sunday and the pharmacy was closing at 6pm, the pharmacist did an amazing job following up with Teledoc’s web of 800 numbers and was able to fill my prescription 15 minutes before closing. I honestly think I would not have had my prescription tonight if it worked for the extra efforts of my pharmacist. I will never go anywhere else.”

I cannot believe how helpful the man was who answered the phone! Firstly, he apologized for the wait time, but more importantly, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and even took the time to look up my vaccine record in both the Walgreens and California database. His name was Aaron I believe he is the Pharmacy Manager. Thank you for knowing your job and being so helpful and courteous! It did not go unnoticed and is greatly appreciated!
