“I was born in the South bay frequenting our lovely beaches and never knew this place was here but I am certainly glad I found out. I highly recommend Pill Box for Human and pet meds! I was getting my prescriptions at Rite aid and was happy for years until last week when I decided I needed a change. This desire prompted a cascade of disasters and repeated transfers of scripts involving Pavilions in Rolling Hills and the worst/most incompetent/rude Pharmacy EVER Alberston's on 25th in San Pedro and finally to Pill Box. No one seemed to have my common meds and no one was admitting the truth that they did not have them and were back ordered. I was running out and needed a refill. I was told they were ready and driving all over town in the worst rainstorm in Cali hx trying to get them and on arrival found they were not filled but other scripts I never needed or asked for were filled. What's with that? In desperation, I called Pavilions again and asked for clarity on the stocking situation and who they thought had the meds and they recommended Pill box. Thanks Pavilions-good job. I had them transfer the meds to Pill box and they were ready that day plus there were several phone conversations to get it all right. Which I actually liked as the store apps on both Rite aid and Albertsons/Vons are poorly done, error prone, and confusing. The customer service at pill box was impeccable AND they knew their stuff. At Pill box: I spoke to a human that assured me they where ready. I spoke to a human that ran my insurance over the phone rather than a stupid website or app that won't take it or makes me put it in 50 times. I spoke to a human rather than get inaccurate texts saying meds were filled when they were not. It was cool. Pill box is easy to find one block off of PCH on a corner across from a Bev Mo. Easy parking in back and on the streets right in front. Tons of other shops in the area so you can fit a visit in with your regular routine. Rather than trust your family's health to giant chain where so much can go wrong trust these guys. Looks like they focus on one thing and they do it right. I am especially excited to learn they do pet medicine too. It is worth the drive to me.”

“I will say going to this pharmacy is wonderful. The people are nice that work there. They’re understanding they go through your prescriptions. They tell you what’s best what to do to take care of yourself. They always let you know that they’re always there for you that they’re there you could always call them. They’ll tell you about your prescription when it’s done, I love them they’re my one stop shop and they get a drive-through so you don’t even have to go in the store. If you didn’t want to if I can give them more than five stars, I give them billion. .? ????♥️??♥️”

Fortunately, I have not been there when any solicitors such as D.A.R.E. or "help the homeless" have. The Rite Aid stores in Redondo Beach are plagued with solicitors at their front doors, so I refuse to patronize those stores.”

“Every time I go into Walgreens it's an amazing experience. My husband, a doctor would take our daughter here as a toddler and she would just be gaga over the toys. Last year Deanna administered a vaccination to her and we were very impressed. The cashier, Kim, my doppelgänger is always pleasant, knowledgeable, caring, and competent. I think people have a tendency to come in only negatively on this app. Kudos to Walgreens.”

“I was at this place trying to find a walking cane because of the long time injury on my left knee! I could hardly walk because it is so painful. Janet was the person that helped me. She was very courteous, patient, knowledgeable, and professional. She basically asked me some questions and tried to find out why I need a walking cane? She showed me quite a few canes but I didn't like them because I worried about if I tripped the bottom of the cane; that might just be worse. She suggested that I need to treat the pain in my knee and showed me a few knee sleeves. She even tried to put one on for me and asked me to walk a few steps and see how I felt. I was surprised that it made my leg felt more stable and could walk a little better. It's less painful by wearing that knee sleeve. Thank you so much, Janet! I appreciate it very much. I will wear it until I can find a good orthopedic surgeon to operate on my torn knee!”
