After being grossly misled by sales, and spending over 5 hrs cumulatively on the phone with spectrum trying to discontinue service, this store made me wait an hour to return equipment when there were 4 employees and 2 customers waiting. Par for the course for spectrum.

Ms. Fernandez stayed late to activate my new phone. The company understaffs this store so it can be a long wait, but not the employees fault.
If you arrive at the store and there’s too many people come back another time. Ms. Fernandez or Javier will take care of you!

I came in to sign up for new internet service that I needed ASAP for my remote work and the gentleman who attended me was awesome. I believe this name was Romandre, wish I remembered but it definitely started with a R. He was very knowledgable, honest, and helpful throughout the sign up process. He even recommended some routers and locations where I could find them.

Met a deceptive agent there! Although he did give us all the equipments for setting up the Internet at home. So overall two star, just for this store.
I unfortunately didn’t get the guy’s name, but we came there on a Saturday afternoon and an agent offered to help us setting up the Internet.
Now, I was already in the process of opening an account online, which gave a $50 dollar credit for new customers. But the agent said he could give us back the $50 as credit too, and insisted, I meant insisted, in helping us there on his workstation. He even took a photo of my screen showing the promotion.
Also, we got a free phone line with the Internet plan. We told the agent multiple times we would like the “unlimited” plan which was free, instead of the “unlimited plus” one which was like an extra $10-15 a month.
Two weeks later, I checked my statement. No $50 credit, and I got charged with the unlimited plus phone plan.
All the other Spectrum agents I talked to online and over the phone have been super helpful and patient. The extra charges honestly are not that much either.
But this particular agents behavior is unacceptable. We confirmed with him multiple times, so I don’t think this is an issue of misunderstanding, but deliberate deception. It’s very disappointing.

I want to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service I have received several times by Retail Specialist Jairo Ortiz. I first had the pleasure of having Jairo assist me earlier this year when I switched my cell service and phone from T-Mobile to Spectrum. He went above and beyond, providing exceptional service throughout the process. More recently, I went back to the same Spectrum store to activate Spectrum internet service at my home since moving. Once again, Jairo went about and beyond with excellent customer service. He always greets his customers with a smile and works hard to take care of whatever they need. I had some issues setting up the new service, modem and router and called his personal cell listed on his business card. He responded promptly, providing advice that got our internet up and running. Jairo is a valuable asset to Spectrum and is the kind of professional that I would hire in my company.

They are unhelpful and combative. Not any better than calling the horrible customer service line.

Wait wasn't too long, 2 workers in there. They were nice, but he didn't find me a deal I was inquiring....He was nice to let me know of the mobile deal. I returned a cable box and it wasn't reflected in my new bill. I called it in to fix this and the guy also found me a deal what I was looking for.

Incredibly unethical company. DO NOT USE!! I have been a loyal customer for over 10+ years and Spectrum has been over charging me by $150+ per month. When I called to have my bill adjusted the agent and supervisor stated that there was NOTHING they could do about past bills. THIS IS WHY EVERYONE IS "CUTTING THE CORD".
