Why would have someone call you back to answer your question and automatically just hang up on you

Very unhelpful very rude - and when I called the corporate office, they were also very unhelpful and very rude Literally was trying to open an account with them … I wouldn’t bank with Chase if they were the last bank on earth !

This place is the worst when it comes to customer service. There was no tellers and still I had to wait for 30 mins for help while 4 employees stood around doing nothing. Then didn't even get helped because they had to close early for maintenance work.
