“Great Service and always looking out for you. I read a review earlier about them being liars, and had to hop in here to correct that. If you’re being blocked by the institution you have to call and confirm that you are making the transaction, they have some of the best fraud protection, so if you ask me, making a quick phone call to resolve the issue is more than welcome.”

“All I wanna say is thank you to "Izade" chases employee on spreckles ave. She was so helpful to me and 5 other customers at the same time, I walked in to to get a account with chase on West center Street originally and the Manger in a suite told me we aren't doin accounts today there's a 2pm and a 4pm appointment and after that we aren't doin anymore, so I said ok no worries I'll go somewhere else, so I did and went to spreckels location and "Izade" told me they don't have anyone to help with that BUT you can do it thru your phone if you would like I can help you with it!!! Wow just wow, well she helped me and 5 others at the same time and made sure I understood EVERYTHING before I left, she is a great employee”
