“My husband and I have shopped here about ten times in the past few years. This particular time on 09/08/2024, we were helped in the jewelry department by an associate named "Gwen." We weren't purchasing jewelry. I had found some items in the accessory department. But we had purchased black out curtains prior to. Gwen was so friendly with my husband and I talking about sports. She helped us use our phones to go online and collect coupons. We were really impressed with her persistence in instructing us. We will definitely be back do to her awesome customer service!
