“The store is known for ruggedness of their pants, backpacks, and tactical footwear. Store staff are helpful with sizing and honoring return policies. It is reasonably big store and the products are well organised. It's neat and clean. Its location is away from marketplace. Shopping is peaceful and enjoyable.”
“Old Navy is a good place to shop for young kids, but for adults, it's a little suspect. I noticed that the tee shirts are very thin, one wash, and the tee shirt looks like chitterlings. I also think that the jeans ? are overpriced for the plain style. ?”

“Kassandra is the best. She helped me and my daughter with making sure we were properly fit into our boots. She explained “in detail” how our boots should fit, what to expect (when putting our boots on), and how to stretch them out to get the perfect fit. She also solved problems we presented her with. Kassandra knows her stuff. I’ve never had a store clerk at a shoe or clothing store be so sweet, helpful, genuinely concerned, and professional all at the same time. The major plus was having me use the boot jack and showing us how to use it. That thing’s an amazing little tool! Thank you, Kassandra!! I’ll be asking for her the next time I go in there and need help. The five stars are specifically for her.The only negative is when my daughter and I went to go pick up her boots, there was some short and round brunette that made a stupid and snide remark. I’m guessing she may be a manager or some type of lead person. Whatever position she holds, she was rude and unprofessional. She must’ve come from the Modesto store where they’re very horrible and rude.”
“The store offers a wide variety of products and brands, but the shopping experience could be improved. During my visit, many items appeared scattered throughout the store, making it difficult to locate specific products or compare options efficiently.
A more organized layout, clearer signage, and better product categorization would make the experience much more enjoyable for customers. The selection is good, but finding exactly what you’re looking for can take longer than expected. With some improvements in organization, this could become a much better shopping destination.”

“T.J. Maxx is one of my favorite places to shop. I am a little disappointed in the purse selection and variety, every time I go in. I have heard that people come in early, grab all of the cute ones and resell on TikTok. I wonder if a limit on popular items could be imposed? Give the rest of of as a chance! :) I love the friendly staff and helpful management.”
“The Banana Republic Factory Store in Manteca is always a good experience. The employees there are exceptional. They’re friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful every time I walk in. The store is clean, easy to move through, and the staff keeps everything feeling organized and welcoming.
I always find what I need, and the customer service is what makes this location stand out. Great people and a solid place to shop.”

“This GUESS factory outlet in Manteca,CA is like an open secret place in the Central Valley of CA. It's very unassuming location near a Mexican restaurant, a Japanese restaurant and an AMC movie theater is a refreshing surprise. I always get good deals when I come here - from handbags to shoes and sandals and accessories. They also sell various kinds of GUESS apparel from babies to adults. The customer service personnel in this store are also very friendly and helpful. Definitely check this place out if you happen to be near or at Manteca,CA.”
“JCPenney has been a wonderful addition to Manteca! The staff is incredibly well-trained, welcoming, and genuinely attentive to families. They go above and beyond to create a safe, comfortable shopping environment, which makes it much easier for parents to browse without constantly worrying.
Their customer service is consistently friendly and helpful, and they have a great selection of clothing, home goods, and seasonal items at reasonable prices. “It's located in the Stadium shopping center. There are other similar stores, DDs, Old Navy, Kohl's, Ross. Sometimes they have huge deals. It wouldn't hurt to give them a visit when in the neighborhood.”
“Just like any other Ross. I wish they had more variety of clothing items for Me but that's typical of department stores like Ross or TJMaxx. Their selection of little furniture and stuff is super cute and nice looking, but the prices are insane! This is Manteca for crying out loud - who's going to spend $160 on a Dog bed or drop three bills on a Coach bag.. at a Ross.. in Manteca. But like I mentioned they do have some great stuff you'll find around the store at great prices.”
