“Too many people show up not knowing what name to give or what medication they have waiting. There ought to be a line just for customers that are using the app to order and pickup. It alot faster using app. My average time is about 3 minutes. But I sometimes wait 20 minutes for others to figure out if there medication is even ready to puck up.”
