“BJRX Pharmacy was were my took my kids for their COVID shots. They seemed very organized and had multiple time slots to get vaccinated. The only issues I had was trying to get the State of California's digital card, which I am still working on and the other issue was if your the first appointment, than they are still setting up during your time slot. It wasn't bad. I appreciated their flexible schedules.”

“Super pleased with the services provided here. I recently had to switch from Walgreens because of insurance reasons and I have to say I'm happy with this change. Walgreens they are very rude! NOT here, my first visit went in person, he was very helpful and kind. My second visit was in the drive through because I was sick and the gentleman was very helpful, kind and understanding of my situation. He helped make the process very smooth and easy for me. The line moved a bit slow but nothing bad, just the usual. Place looked clean and organized, and the pharmacist took a minute to explain the dosage clearly. Would come back again if needed.”

“My elderly mother has been having issues with her Medicaid, resulting in a lapse in coverage. As a retired teacher, she is struggling to make ends meet. After Rite Aid closed, it has been a challenge to find a new pharmacy, but we have switched to Safeway. Due to the lapse in coverage, she has been paying out of pocket for her prescriptions, and we recently started using GoodRx coupons.
Today, on June 30, 2025, the woman who helped us at the drive-up pharmacy was incredibly kind and patient. I drive my mother and advocate for her, which takes time and can sometimes be frustrating, but it is unavoidable. Despite this, the pharmacy staff remained calm and professional, which was greatly appreciated. In contrast, the customer behind us chose to park next to us to express her frustration about waiting. This experience highlighted the importance of kindness and understanding in difficult situations.”
“Over the weekend of July 4th, I had called Pacific Compounding Pharmacy to refill my furry baby’s eye drops. Unfortunately, time slipped away while I was caught up in a meeting, and by the time I remembered, it was already 5 PM—and the pharmacy had closed early for the holiday weekend, as the pharmacist had kindly reminded me beforehand.
Even though they were closed, I still left a voicemail, hoping someone might hear it. To my surprise and immense relief, the very next morning I received a call from Marie. She was kind, patient, and incredibly thoughtful—truly one of the most caring individuals I’ve ever spoken with in customer service.
My pet depends on these eye drops because he doesn’t produce his own tears, and we weren’t scheduled to return to town until July 14. Marie went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of during a time when most wouldn’t even return a call.

Not only did Brenda contact pharmaceutical reps to inquire about my specific medication AND brand, but, she kept me informed and updated regarding the medication, its cost, and its timeline. Brenda was able to get my medication before my other pharmacy even checked on it.
