“I’ve never had an issue renting at this facility. I e moved three different times since 2002. The staff is always friendly even through different company changes. The only thing I don’t like is rent hikes but nobody likes those. I would definitely recommend this facility for your storage needs.”

“On Monday morning I walked in the office was immediately greeted by Chanria. She had the biggest smile and was so welcoming. I can say enough how impressed I was with her customer service. She was very informative and thorough in explaining the the whole process from beginning to end on renting a storage unit. Being so impressed with her helpfulnees and kindness I didn't hesitate in making a decision to rent a storage unit right there and then. “I used this storage facility for 5 years to hold onto a bunch of furniture I was gifted and it was a great choice of facility. Only $75 a month for my unit, whenever I needed to get the manager for anything they were very responsive. There was an instance where I forgot I had an extra lock on my unit, and I didn't have the key, so I had to call a lock smith. I had to provide the lock smith with proof that I was the renter of the unit, and when I asked for it it was given to me promptly, and the desk worker called her manager without us having to ask her to have her saw her way through the lock and saved me about $180 in fees. Overall an amazing storage unit facility”

“Had no idea they had a propane fill station on their property, which makes it hella convenient because it's close to home and there is room enough when we fill the RV propane tank, as well as our smaller portable tanks. Only thing is the wait for an attendant to come out. Summer will be killer! Prices are high, but what isn't? Other than that, we haven't used any other U-Haul services.”

It took me about an hour to get the return done.And my biggest issue was, I finally get the return.Actually, work figure that out, I get through step one, then the step two, it then resets me back to step one.It took me about twelve to twenty attempts to finally figure out I have to back space after it takes me back to step 12 get to step three”
