“One of the Best Storage facilities in the Stockton/French Camp - Lathrop/Mantweeka area. Reasonable rates that are some of the lowest around the 4 towns, but French Camp - Lathrop area. Definitely one of cleanest rodent free storage facility. I had a unit at Golden Valley Storage is cheapest and Newest Facility, but I a rodent infestation 3 mice and a very large rat that got trapped and cooked in my unit one very hot summer day. Yes the rat did chew and damage items in my unit and they had only 3 month promo and 5x5 unit for extra $60 at French Camp facility I was able to get a 10x25 unit that is when I moved to French Camp Storage.”
