“This review is just for the first day and customer service. There are some things I wanted in a storage unit that this place doesn't have, but they make up for it with a wonderful and caring staff and their surveillance system. Having just had a huge storage unit in the area elsewhere, completely demolished and mostly stolen I needed a place to move whatever was left, to someplace I could trust. Shelli answered all of my questions, some to my disappointment but most to reassurance. I'm not from the area, but had planned on moving nearby, but it never happened. So most of my stuff was in Stockton. Signing up was easy and fun, and I appreciated the compassion Shelli had. And the deals are pretty good, which is why I chose this one.”

Really if you need a storage facility and have good items you need to store in a climate controlled unit this is the right place to come. Great security as well cameras are all over the place.”

“We bought a 6' grand piano in Doublin and needed to get it moved to Sacramento. Encore was reasonable. They sent three men out to the seller's house to move it out. These guys worked together like a well-oiled machine, and they were strong, too. It would have been really hard for one person to do the job. Our piano was stored at their warehouse overnight before two different men delivered it to our house the next day. Once reassembled, we could see that the instrument was in the awesome shape as when we bought it. The men moved it around the room a few times and made sure the piano was at the right spot before they left. We are grateful for the awesome work the front office staff and the movers provided. If anyone needs to move their piano long distance, Encore is the way to go.”

“My boyfriend has one of the largest in toys here. He likes the location and has never had a problem. The lady that works in the office is nice. Site is kept clean. Office is Monday-Friday. But gate access is everyday from 6am-7pm with code goin in and out .”
“Great place run by some great people. They went out of their way to help me with weekend storage for an oversized load. Met me after hours on Friday and opened up early for me Monday morning so I could make my delivery. Secure, fenced facility, guard on site, all around great folks to deal with. 100% would do business with them again.”
