Azzurra is a building with excellent staff and facilities. The staff is incredible, exceptional in every way, and everyone is so nice, welcoming, warm, and caring. The team of lobby attendants provides a level of care and service that goes above and beyond, setting a new standard for great management. They are dedicated, professional, and hardworking, ensuring residents feel safe, comfortable, and taken care of far beyond what anyone could expect.
The attendants are consistently friendly, helpful, attentive, and approachable. They handle every request with grace, efficiency, and a smile, making everyone feel valued and noticed. They remember names, have packages ready, and offer great recommendations for local events. Their positive energy is infectious, and they bring a sense of warmth that makes the building feel like home and a real community. They are the heart of the place, offering genuine concern for people's well-being and going out of their way to help, including in emergencies, which makes residents feel incredibly safe and in good hands.
The facilities are excellent with great views. The location is an easy walk to many good restaurants, grocery stores, a cinema, and a park. There is also a short bike or car ride to beautiful beaches.

The staff at the Azzura in MDR are exceptional in every way! Michael Steven’s is always friendly, helpful and attentive to any issues I have . He’s an excellent example of what a bldg mgr dreams of having on staff !!! 👍🥂
