I never leave Google reviews but had to make an exception for the branch manager, Garratt. He’s super friendly and always makes time for his clients. No bathrooms at this location! How can you hand out bottles of water and not offer a bathroom? I was told to walk to McDonald's down the street to use theirs. Parking is also not ideal as you have to take a ticket and get it validated.

Evey helped me open up a sapphire preferred card. I’ve never applied in branch and she made me feel super comfortable the whole time. Any of the questions I had, she was extremely helpful explaining things like how to improve credit score and such. Thankful i have her as a contact for any future questions!
