Great service with no up selling shenanigans. They handle a lot of appointments, daily and can even accommodate walk-ins earlier in the day. As a result, it can sometimes be hard to reach them on the phone.

I had a good experience here - came for a tire rotation and balance with an appt at 4:00 pm on a Friday. Got my car back at 5:00 pm. People were really nice and helpful :)

I got a couple of tires at Costco and did my shopping while they were installed. It was slow. I still had to wait for quite a while after doing the shopping. And they insisted on putting the new tires on the rear instead of the front as I requested.
