He even went up and beyond the call of duty when the water pump went out on my BMW on the 105 Freeway on our way to a Kings game. AAA would only tow the car to his shop if he met them there so he did at 8pm on a Friday night so we could still make it to the Kings game!!! “I found Wise Tires based on the excellent Yelp reviews and the fact that it's very close to my house. One of my tires has been leaking air very slowly. I took it to the dealership where I bought the car and they said they looked at it and couldn't find anything wrong with it. So I thought the problem was more complicated and put off finding a new place / solution for a while. Finally I was tired of adding air to my tire every week so I took my car to Wise Tires. Lindsay (I think) greeted me as soon as I pulled up and told me they will take care of it. Since I live very close I went home to wait for her call. She called me 40 minutes later and told me they found the problem, patched it up and I can head on over. Once I got there my car was all ready to go and they charged me a VERY reasonable price. Especially compared to the dealership who charged me multiple times that price and didn't even fix my problem. I was on my way within an hour of dropping the car off. I couldn't believe how easy that was. I hope I won't have tire problems in the near future but I'll definitely come back to Wise Tires if I need help, and I would highly recommend them to my friends and family as well.”

“My coworker recommended me this place after getting a flat tire the day prior. I searched them up on here and saw majority were good reviews. I went in today in the morning and let them know I have a flat tire. One of the guys started working immediately on my flat tire. 2 guys commented that I need new tires especially with the rain approaching. I already knew that, but appreciated the reminder lol they had quoted me for 4 new tires with an unknown name brand that I didn't recognize so definitely pass. After he quoted me, I asked how much will my patch be. He said it'll be $29. I never paid $29 to do a patch on my tires which I have 17 inch tires. My coworker even told me he only pays $20 when he goes and felt like they up-charged me. That's the only reason why I'm giving them a 4 star. but overall experience was great with the employees. Just felt like I was overcharged cause I usually pay $20.”

They take proper care of the wheels and car which anyone can appreciate. The crew seemed friendly and handled the work efficiently. Never had any issues having been a customer for about 4-5 years. “I was looking for a good auto place to get my general maintenance done, as I had paid off my lease and didn't want to deal with the dealership's prices. So a friend recommended this place and said his wife had brought her Prius in for years and loved the service. The volume of enthusiastic Yelp reviews and the fact that it was reasonably close to where I live had me convinced. I called the shop and spoke to John (Piechowski, brother of Ken) one morning and he had me in the next day.John was simply wonderful. A very affable guy who's been at it for decades and clearly really cares about doing great work and giving people an honest price. He explained things in valuable detail and patiently answered a number of questions for me as well. And when I saw the invoice, I thought I had been undercharged. He even helped me with some windshield buildup and managed to remove the dealer sticker that had been welded on forever.I'll certainly be back for future service, and I would absolutely tell people to trust this team as well. “The reason why these guys are the best in Los Angeles is clear: they perform Road Forced balancing, precision alignments, and proper indexing. For a few years now, I have owned my heavy Bimmer 6 vert, and I can attest that the roads in Los Angeles are equally as good as California bagels.Because of the countless potholes, misaligned paving, dip signs everywhere warning drivers of a actual man made dips in the road! The vehicle is constantly being subjected to beating.Brett was very helpful while I brought the car in and explained the process to me. “I have had to come here a lot recently because of a series of nails, screws, etc. that I have encountered mostly as a result of the rains that L.A. has faced recently. We have two vehicles. They are always kind, knowledgeable, customer-focused and patient (most of all) with the customers who line up for service. I think that the negative reviews are mainly because of one factor - Costco tires are a good deal and Costco stands by its warranties. This means every Costco member wants Costco tires and Costco would probably need a separate Costco auto center that just specializes in tires to keep up with demand in a way that satisfies every consumer. I have never had a bad customer service experience that would cause me to write a negative review. I had someone that was just a little short once but that experience can be explained by the fact that the person had to deal with three angry yelling people before me and seemed to be new to the job. In light of this, the person exhibited the patience of Job. Sometimes it is frustrating that they have to order tires requiring a couple of weeks lead time when the tire is available at another Costco but I think this is a supply chain issue. Other than that, the staff is great and, importantly, admits its mistakes and puts the customer first.”
