“Been with Navigoe since 2003. Scott and Eric are great. As fiduciaries, they always act in the clients best interest and also don't sell commission based products. They've weathered us through a number of stock market downturns including the big crash of 2008. I trust them with the advice they provide. We're in retirement and as such they manage the distributions while also insuring the portfolio continues to grow. Eric listens and always answers my financial questions in a way that makes it easy to understand. With their guidance I feel confident that my savings will last as long as my wife and I live. I also feel confident that if I pass first, my wife will be in good hands to help her continue to manage the portfolio. When we chose a financial advisor firm our goal was that both of us have to feel comfortable talking to them and have trust in their advice. Couldn't be more satisfied!”

“I recently worked with GoldDealer.com and Ken Slater to sell four 1oz PAMP Suisse gold bars, and the transaction was smooth and professional. I received a quote over the phone and chose to visit their Inglewood location in person rather than mail in, which I preferred. The parking lot and building felt highly secure, check was issued on the spot, and I received a receipt. They also offer wire transfers for a fee and cash payout options. The experience was efficient and courteous, but I'm docking one star because other online competitors publish stronger sell-to prices, often within less than one percent of spot. I asked if they could match or improve pricing, but after consulting with their trader, they declined. They mentioned they usually match but could not at this time. I went ahead with the sale to give them a try because I am looking for a reliable local gold dealer. If future transactions result in improved pricing, I'll update this review and bump them to five stars. Insider's Tips: Last entry is 3pm but they will complete transactions after that time.”

“There is a branch closer to where I live, but some of the employees from that branch moved to this one years ago, and whenever I used this branch they all greeted me in such a friendly way, which was definitely appreciated. When the other local branch where we had our safety deposit box closed and relocated here, there was an even greater incentive to bank at this location when we need something 'in person' vs. online. Every past encounter with tellers, security or customer service agents has been stellar -- extremely friendly, courteous, professional and so helpful. Drive up hours are also a plus. I have to agree with Jay about the slippery floors when it rains, but that is a minor complaint, easily remedied!”
