“It's been 3 weeks since my back surgery by Doctor David Chang at Cedars Sinai hospital. It's time for a post operation check up at Marina del Rey spine clinic.We arrived a little early and was greeted by friendly staff. This is one office I don't mind waiting in, it's on the 6th floor overlooking the Marina del Rey Marina surrounded by windows and it was a crystal clear day snow tipped mountains and the beautiful Marina There's not a bad seat in the house I was called promptly and went to a very modern clean room with a another spectacular view. X-ray tech came in and I followed him down for a couple pictures of my back. Returned to my room my wife was taking apictures of the view Dr Chang came in after a couple minutes with a big smile said hello Pulled up the new X-rays on the monitor, we went over again my surgery what he had performed. Next he examined the surgery area on my back. We discussed throughly my recovery so far his expectations and our plan for the next few weeks, my pain, approved activities and therapy in the future. We have a very good appointment he answered all our questions. Dr Chang is my man We left our room, nurse already had my new prescription, made our way back to front desk for my next appointment in 6 weeks Couldn't be happier with my progress in the way I feel and the professional friendly service from everyone at Marina Del Rey spine Clinic Leonard Welte”

My anxiety (and then rolling veins) made it impossible for most people to draw my blood and drinking the gallons of water and having numerous people try didn't help. Now I have no issue getting blood draws. I went to AHF West Adams. The EASIEST STI testing experience I've ever had, hands down. And, I've had tests done at government clinics, private offices, and other nonprofits. AHF beats them all in terms of my patient experience. I walked in, filled out an easy form online, spoke with the staff, got my blood drawn, swabs done, and was out in under 30 minutes. (This was 7pm on a Friday, mind you, so it might be much busier on other times). Shout out to the front-desk clerk and Jazmin. Jazmin was courteous, engaged, and made the experience comfortable. No creepy fake smiles either. One could feel she's someone you could talk to frankly about all your health concerns. She takes steps to make sure the patients feel comfortable not only by using high end and state of the art equipments but also by taking the time to explain her process. It helps you to know she under promises and over delivers. It’s in graded in her personality. Staffs are accommodating as well to the point for me they came earlier to the office so I could get to do my business. I have rarely seen companies provide customer service like theirs. “I had such a painless experience I had to hop on google to immediately capture my review. I tried to see if I could snag a morning walk in at the other Torrance location on earl and they already had a long line out the door at 8am. I went online and luckily snagged an open 10:30am spot here! I checked in 10:30am, got a room at 11am, and was done by 11:10am. I asked how long I could stay since I was fasting and been up since 7am and brought some snacks. They moved me to an even more comfortable room with a bigger cushioned chair. The phlebotomist was extra kind and she made it soooo painless I barely even felt the needle! They told me to take my time with my snacks and made sure I wasn’t dizzy. Hot tip: check for same day appts morning of rather than night before due to cancellations and to keep checking in the morning. Don’t make the mistake of trying to get a walk-in even if certain locations take it, you’ll likely wait hrs or risk not getting any spots. Better to snag a same day appt as most locations get super busy.”

Diana was the rep that fingerprinted me. She is very serious and professional about her job. It doesn't take her long to get people in and out. She uses the machine to fingerprint very accurately and smoothly. She has a wonderful disposition. She makes you feel comfortable. She wasn't snotty like most that are in that field. The seats were very comfortable and the art work made it feel like a place of relaxation.”
