“My new go-to expendables store in Hollywood! I thought these guys were just production rentals, but this expendables store is well stocked & organized and the customer service is super helpful... David heard my production needs (and budget constraints) and helped me find everything I needed - and then some... Ended up putting together a better package than I'd even hoped for when I went in......AND got out the door under budget, which never happens... Don't sleep on Quixote for expendables...and find David if you need help sorting things out. He'll get you squared away!”

“The only storage facility that is open outside business hours. It’s super convenient! They are open even during all holidays and on the weekend. The staff (Sirous and Brandon) are helpful and the storage itself is super new and clean. Also I got a pretty big unit for the money I paid. Would definitely recommend it to my friends!”

“While Uhaul has the NAME, AVON has the service. Hands down better service, interactions, ease of rental, quality of the van i rented and availability. Every time I used to rent from Uhaul, the rental goes thru and then they call and tell you they NOW aren't avail and to drive way out of the way to a different location, usually nowhere near you. With AVON, the entire experience was easy, successful and appropriate. Ask for Michael, he's a stand up guy. Two thumbs up!”
“Avon is the best. I was moving from Los Angeles to Pismo Beach and over a month period abs ended up renting 4 different vehicles. All were clean well maintained and new. My wife is a safety freak and she felt in safe hands at avon. Miguel who checked us in twice was an awesome help. Looking forward to renting again.”

“Westchester Self Storage has provided me with excellent service over the years. I want particularly compliment Miguel. Miguel knows this place like the back of his hand and is always very friendly and courteous. He truly cares about the customers and makes you feel welcome. In my many years of working with Westchester Self Storage, they have always answered my question/emails, and pay attention to the little details. Like for example. I rented a van today and Miguel made sure I got the one that was closest to my locker. So nice that he thinks of little things like this but it's not such a "little thing" when something like this prevents having to carry heavy boxes an extra few feet! Thanks Miguel! :-) Just one of the reasons I like this place. I'd totally recommend Westchester Self Storage and also this branch of U-Haul. Both good companies.”
“I highly recommend renting a car here! The cars are all very nice and the rates are quite reasonable. Dave, the owner is incredibly friendly and helpful. I rented a car for a month from him 10 years ago when I first moved to LA. A couple of years ago my mom rented from him for 6 weeks and he remembered me. She rented again from him recently and at one point couldn’t figure out how to unlock the steering wheel so Dave drove across town to unlock it for her. Dave even helped me get my own car fixed when I was in a recent accident. Great place!”
“I came Tuesday and Wednesday, and your staff was courteous, really efficient and they got us checked in and out in no time. Thank you for having so many trucks available. and even though I didn't need any extra supplies this time, your store is FULLY stocked with absolutely everything that would be needed for moving anything (boxes, tape, wrap, straps, specialized packing, even bungee cords and heavy duty gloves)see y'all next time!”
“Great customer service. Julia is amazing. She saves our production at the last minute. We were refused service at Sammy's Camera Rental on the spot after providing insurance coverage they requested ahead if time. Sammy threw last min6 curve balls claiming the insurance was not enough and many excuses. Our cameraman hooke$ us up with Julie late Friday night. Julie was very nice and worked with us until we were set the night prior. We arrived early next morning to pick up the rental. She was very nice again and meticulously helped us to organize everything. We were out within an hr and she saved us to reschedule everything. Thanks, Julie, We will rent again.”

“Home Depot canceled my reservation seven hours before I was to pick up a rental truck, I scrambled to find another option. I'm very glad I found this one. The online booking process was very simple and allowed me to pre-check in by submitting a photo my driver's license. The shop itself is a little tricky to find, tucked in a shed by the Ocean Park Hotel on a small corner lot. The pick-up and drop-off process took fewer than 10 minutes each. Pricing is slightly higher than you might pay at a Home Depot, but you won't lose your reservation, or Uhaul promises $50 to make it right.”
“Over the last few years my company has utilized Ryder's services pretty consistently. They have certainly got their operations down and operate quite well. The service department always keeps the trucks tidy and well maintained and the service department is always a pleasure to deal with. Always appreciative of the service we received. “NOTE: This review is for City Car Rental (U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer) in Santa Monica, California, which I found by reserving a truck on the U-Haul.com website. Home Depot canceled my truck reservation seven hours before I was to pick it up, so I scrambled to find an alternative. I'm glad I found this one. The shop is a little tricky to find, but it is an office on a small corner lot very close to the Ocean Park Hotel. I was able to rent a 10' box truck same-day for a slightly higher price than I might have paid at Home Depot, except U-Haul guaranteed my reservation or they said I would get $50 for the inconvenience. I checked in online before my pick-up time and provided photos of my driver's license to speed up the process. The pick-up and drop-off process was friendly and easy; it took about five to ten minutes and I was back on the road. The truck itself was as expected - clean enough but not pristine. Thanks for the great service. I highly recommend City Car Rental (U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer) on Ocean Park in Santa Monica.”

“I had an amazing experience with U-Haul at this location. Retrieving the U-Haul after hours for a reservation of 9:00PM was fast and easy. Equipment was clean and instructions were clear; I even had to extend my rental and that was fast and easy through the app. I have a great expectation of every service now because of the quick and easy experience I had at this location. The cost was also very at par with every other factor, the price was $123 for almost the 48hrs I had it in use! Great value and friendly service when I went back to drop it off! Thank you to the young gentleman that came out to retrieve the truck although I got there a few minutes before office closing time. Thank you so much Koreatown U-Haul & Employees!”
“This was the easiest rental experience I have ever had. Everything was done virtually and Ryan was able to help me get the keys in Less than 10 minutes. The cargo van was clean and very nice. At the end of my rental I made a mistake in the fuel starting point and the system charged me for fuel even though I had pumped gasoline to where I got it from and Ryan was so helpful and helped me correct the discrepancy! overall great customer service, simple, straightforward and so easy. Will be renting from here again in the future if I need another uHaul!”
