The bank officer who helped us, Milagros G., was extremely helpful, professional, patient, informative and kind, and went out of her way to save us money and provide the services we requested.

Handle your business affairs elsewhere. They are nice and pleasant individuals, but don't follow up, don't keep their word, and they don't demonstrate that they value your business.
