From the moment I walked in, the Ace team greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. When I needed help finding specific products, the staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and quickly pointed me in the right direction.
The customer service was outstanding, and the employees were willing to go above and beyond to assist me. To top it all off, after my purchase they surprised me with a complimentary tape measure as a Father’s Day gift, which was a very thoughtful gesture and much appreciated.
Because of the excellent service, friendly atmosphere, and helpful staff, I will definitely continue shopping at Ace Hardware and would highly recommend this store to others. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit such a positive experience.”

“An excellent hardware store and larger than you might expect for a small town. Excellent selections of garden and farm supplies plus all the tiny items for repairing windows and doors. We needed some very small screws to fix our RV trailer and they had just what we needed with excellent staff support to find the needed parts.”
“This place is great. I’m sometimes amazed that Aces can stay open in today’s day and age but I’ll tell you this store has saved my butt so many times. Friday night the garage full of my just moved items is unsecured because my lock broke- they literally unlocked the joint 3min after they closed and opened up a shut down register. I didn’t tell them a sob story or say a word. They HAPPILY did it without the context. At the end of a long painful day/move this simple act of kindness literally brought me to tears when I got back in my truck. You’ll have my business for the duration of time I’m here in PG!! Acts like this matter more than people realize. This is the kind of business you don’t take for granted.”

“I went to Home Depot to look for paint but their employees were not knowledgeable. I didn't feel confident with the information that they were giving me, so I left. As I was driving down the road, I noticed Dunn Edwards. I had never heard of them before but I was really impressed with their customer service! When I walked in the employees were busy helping contractors, so they called Isaac out of the back. He was busy mixing paint but dropped what he was doing to come and help me. I was blown away by how knowledgeable Isaac and the rest of his team were. I will definitely be going back for all of my painting needs and I highly recommend them!”
