“We visited on Sunday when they have vendors in house for popular TCGs. We were happy to see they had a good amount of prismatic evolutions, including the SPC which I’ve been after since release day.
We grabbed one SPC and one Pouch collection and ripped on site with our daughter. No SIRs, but that’s typical for the set, however we did hit the master ball Umbreon, which we needed for our set, so we were pleased. Everyone who was there gave a cheers as we announced it, what a great feeling to have people genuinely stoked for you on your pulls!
Other than that, I really liked the vibe of the place. Music might have been a little loud, but they had tons of comics and other collectibles too.
It’s definitely more of an adult space, especially considering the other half is a tattoo parlor, but I didn’t feel weird at all bringing my 5 year old in with me. The parlor is separated so it wasn’t like there were folks getting ink right next to the pokemon vendors. ?
I would definitely go back the next time I’m in town. Heck, maybe I’d get a pokemon tatto. ?”
“Great place to play anything from Pokemon to Warhammer 40k. First time I have been here and will definitely be going back again. It's nice to see a game store in Salinas again.”

“This was our first time coming here and they had a lot to choose from. We were there for comics and my daughter got 4 really good ones. The only reason it doesn’t get a 5 is it wasn’t very organized in the comic book area. Everything else was though.”

“There's a hand-written sign saying "no framer on duty" today. That would have been nice to know before I drove out of my way to have something framed at Michael's on my only day and my review was not going to be positive as a result... however, I went back and received absolutely outstanding service from Sebastian. He was efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant, offering excellent suggestions and truly excellent customer service. Bravo!”
