Also I realized half an hour later that I left my reusable water bottle: when they saw me walking down the street trying to retrace my steps, they ran out to make sure I didn’t leave without it! Very good customer service and you can tell they just want to help everyone no matter their hardware needs.”

“This is a small hardware and building supply, so you can’t expect it to be Home Depot. I’ve always had great service and friendly conversation when interacting with the owner (the only employee). The prices are fair and when they don’t have something, they can order it for you.”

“Kevin was so helpful today! He took the time to figure out my problem with a Vitamix assembly, tried several ways to fix it and then didn’t charge me because I didn’t need any parts. He wouldn’t accept a tip and told me to just come back when I need to make a purchase. I’ll be telling everyone!!”

“These guys are honest and trustworthy - A friend of mine needed help yesterday picking up wood for a project because he didn't have a truck. When we got back to his place I got a call from Nash asking if my friend had dropped something and he described what it was. He even joked that he's pretty sure my friend would want to know ASAP. When I told my friend his eyes got really big and he was so thankful. Turns out he had a large sum of money being kept in a trinket and had no idea it fell out of his pocket. The crazy thing about this whole scenario is that I had called a couple hours earlier to make sure of their hours as it was a holiday. They took a chance with the caller ID because they didn't have my friends contact info. Nash even stayed late outside after closing up so they could get their property back. People can say they're honest but integrity is shown in moments like this. They could have easily pocketed that money and no one would have been the wiser. It was over $1000! Just wanted to say thank you for making Mariposa a better place to live and do business.”
