“I had ordered a replacement tube online, but had trouble removing the tire from the rim and needed some help. This was late afternoon on a Saturday and I believe the owner was there working on another project, but he was very friendly and took the time to accommodate us and repaired the tire while we waited and at at a very reasonable rate. We will definitely be visiting pegasus bike shop again for future repairs and purchases. Highly recommended!”

“I just turned on to the Contra Costa Canal Trail North end when one of my pedals fell off!
Fortunately for me, Big Dave's Bike Shop was further down by the Gregory Lane crossing 4 miles away and I had a Class 2 throttle on my eBike and didn't have to walk it..
One new pedal crank arm and I was one my way in just a few minutes!”

“I'm right there with the rest of the 5-star reviews here. Greg and his family were so welcoming and friendly to my family and me. My father and I wanted to give my niece a bike as a gift, and we took her to Wheels in Motion. Greg found a (gently used) bike that suits her perfectly and was within our budget. Great service and advice on what to buy. I'd highly recommend Wheels in Motion if you're in the market for a bike or anything similar.”

“The biggest in stock selection of Smith sunglasses I found in the area. It was great to be able to try a few different models instead of ordering them online hoping they would fit me.
The staff was very helpful and didn’t rush me through trying them on.
Bought a pair of the Smith Ruckus and love them!”

“Josh is the best! My wife needed new road bike shoes as her Sidis never fitted her well. When we walked in we were welcomed by Josh who took so much time explaining the ins and outs of each shoe. We never felt pressured, all in all this was such a very positive experience! Thank you Josh”

“We’ve had a great experience with Sharp Bicycle Shop in Lafayette. We bought a Trek bike last year and immediately appreciated the way they do business, including the two years of service they offered. That experience brought us back to buy a second Trek, and they delivered again.

Matt and Sally clearly care about their shop and their customers, and Devlin, their bike mechanic, was fantastic.

They were great at measuring for size, kept things fun, helped us dial in the right seat height and fit, and even made the color choice easy.
We’ll keep coming back because they are honest, friendly, and knowledgeable.”

“I'd been looking for my next road bike for a little while and settled on a Factor Ostro VAM. I'm somewhat familiar with the brand and just needed to find a bike shop to work with for my order. I of course went to the Factor website but wanted to see if I might be able to get a better deal on the bike. Checking the list of shops on Factor's website didn't give me a bike in my size in inventory so I continued looking online. I came across Beyond Aero and started checking out reviews and things. Psychotically, I even used google maps to view the street the store is on - just to make sure things were ok! Fortunately, Andres has a number of great reviews so that put me at ease. I knew I wanted the Ostro VAM and I was keen for Beyond Aero's build using Zipp wheels so I emailed the shop. Andres was quick to respond. He's also very patient as I submitted a tonne of questions about the build, sizing, possible swaps, and all sorts of things. Each time Andres responded promptly and never made me feel like I was wasting his time. Unfortunately, Andres didn't have the integrated handlebar/stem combo I was looking for so we agreed a price reflecting that and we made the deal. Andres has built up the bike as far as he can and it's now winging its way to me. I'm beyond excited (get it?) for the bike to arrive and thank Andres so much for putting up with all of my questions and indecision. I do wish I'd been able to visit the shop to more fully experience the buying process but maybe I'll get out there one day. As it stands, a 56cm white/chrome Ostro Vam with Sram Force AXS, power meter, and Zipp 404s is heading my way right now! Thank you again Andres!5/8 Update. The bike arrived very well packed. I had a bit of building to do since I wanted a different handlebar setup so just got all of that done. My build is:56cm Factor Ostro VAM in pearl white and chromeSram force axs with quark power meterZipp 404 wheelsBlack inc aero integrated stem and handlebarPirelli P zero 28mil tubeless tire setupSella Italia SLRMy bike has the cycliq fly 6 camera on the back - don’t waste your time with that until the battery can last more than 2 hours!I’ve only ridden the bike up and down the street but it feels solid and everything is rolling smoothly. Thank you again, Andres!8/17: Another update! I took advantage of a sale BA was having and got some new bling for my road bike. I originally had the Sram Force AXS groupset but upgraded. You can see from the pics I didn't stretch for the crankset though - I'm not Bill Gates! Anyway, the groupset arrived and was straight forward to install using a few online videos. I needed to buy a cable routing tool - about $15 on Amazon, and you need a brake bleed kit but I dad one so all good there. The kit is chromed on the brake calipers and levers, then mostly blacked out for the rest of the components which suits my white Factor Ostro VAM with Chrome logos quite nicely. Shifting is smooth and quiet except for the chain's noise which you would get with all groupsets. Shifting is intuitive with my setup being the right lever shifts to a higher gear and the left lever shifting to a lower gear - different from the mechanical setup but perhaps more logical. I can't speak to feeling a weight difference - I'm not that much of a weight weenie - but there is a psychological affect to having Sram's top groupset on your bike. Does the upgrade make me faster? Probably not. But does the upgrade make me feel faster? Absolutely! Call it superficial if you want but I like it! All-in-all, I'm very pleased with the purchase and Andres made it super simple to order, as always. Thanks Andres!”

“Doug converted two comfort bikes for us in 2016. We have almost 4000 miles on both. We have had only very minor problems with the bikes. We now live in Oregon but we still consult Doug whenever we have questions. He has been very good at responding to any questions and giving his advice. We are really happy with his service. We highly recommend him.”
