“When it comes to servicing my cars, I take it very seriously. I learned to just pay the dealership their money as they have the tools and warranty to back it up. However, when doing research for windshield replacement, i discovered that some dealerships outsource this work. Whether it's true or not, I didn't want to take the risk, so I did due diligence on the best installer.As you can see on the pics attached, the previous installer did a terrible job. He used glue, large screws and wrong parts that ultimately led to rusting underneath.Adam and team came to the rescue by restoring and grinding the rust underneath and replaced the windshield with proper, professional installation. Adam essentially made it as if it just came from the factory as he also used OEM parts. I appreciated how he was upfront with the type of work and the pricing. It's not cheap, but you get the best, quality service ever so you definitely get what you paid for.Binky was awesome with coordination and scheduling. Very responsive and follow ups promptly. Customer service is amazing.Moving forward, I will be using Adam and his team for ANY windshield replacement as the experience was worth every penny!”

“I went here for a cash estimate on a ding from a parking structure. It seemed such a small thing but repairs cost a bundle. I did not want to go through insurance. Aaron offered to clean up the area to make it less apparent. After getting a comparison estimate from another shop, even higher, I took him up on the offer. Charlie gave me a decription of the work involved, a reasonable estimate, and timeline to have the work completed. I also asked if he could repair a split seam in my driver side armrest and he gave me several options. Barely a week after my first visit for an esitmate I picked up my vehicle yesterday afternoon and I could not be happier with the work! “When I say I wish I could give TechZone 10 stars, I'm being 100% dead serious. This place is absolutely incredible in every single way. From the time Rob spent on the phone with me the first time I called, to scheduling me in 3 days, to their facility, the fact that they diagnosed and fixed my issue within 4 hours, to the incredibly fair price I paid. I truly can't say enough good things about TechZone and in particular, Rob Lashin.I had a baffling front camera issue that the Ford Dealership (in St. Helena) didn't resolve. They told me I needed a new lane departure camera and new rearview camera, which I knew was BS. They wanted to charge me almost $1,200. Rob quickly diagnosed it as a faulty front camera module. And for half of what the dealership wanted to charge me, they diagnosed the problem, sourced the part, picked it up, and installed it in LESS THAN 4 HOURS! They didn't even mark up the camera module, and they got a price $150 less than what the Ford dealership quoted me. I was back in my truck by noon today. What's more, he could have easily talked me into a relatively expensive camera calibration, but he said that it really wasn't necessary and if he were me, he wouldn't do it. Now THAT'S an honest, stand-up guy. Truly a rarity in today's automotive repair world. I'm so glad I found TechZone. Best auto repair experience I've ever had in all of my 49 years on earth. “I had to replace foggy and yellow headlights. I brought in the parts and Hector did some inspection and was told that some headlight replacements he did on the same brand (but not the same model) has some sort of a box connected to the headlight and the ones I brought in doesn't have one. He said he doesn't want to remove them and find out later that it will not work but I will be charged the same - very honest and conscientious guy. I assured him that they were the right replacement parts. He did the work flawlessly and fast - really happy with his work....way to go Hector, two thumbs up to you and your team.”

“A rock hit my windshield, causing a large crack to develop. My insurance company has a contract with Safelite, so that's who my original appointment was supposed to be scheduled with. I was under an extreme time constraint and needed the word done ASAP. After contacting Safelite, I was told they only had one available appointment. Because I also needed my forward-facing camera recalibrated, they insisted that I drive to Oakland for the work. Their commercials say they can replace windshields at the customers' homes and recalibrate the forward-facing camera. After contacting Velocity Auto Glass, they scheduled a same-day appointment. The technician came to my home and replaced the windshield and calibrated the lane departure warning system and the forward-facing camera after a windshield replacement. Because calibrating the camera and lane departing system requires the car to be on level ground, mine was not. The tech drove with me to a park near my house and completed the work in the park's parking lot. I will never call Safelite again; from now on, Velocity is my choice.”

Cars. Trucks. SUVs. Boats. Motorcycles. Million dollar collectible cars to party busses and exotics. An honorable mention goes to Dan and mark (my technician). Dan was super professional and did his best to get my Harley street glide in and out before our annual memorial ride which was huge. Mark went through my entire system and found wiring issues that I didn't even know existed behind the fairing. Initially I went in for a battery drain issue. The bikes battery would be completely dead within a few minutes of coming off the charger. I took it to the local Harley Davidson dealer, thinking there was an internal issue or a faulty battery however, they would not touch it due to aftermarket parts, such as the stereo, head unit, amp, and speakers even though they all came from Crutchfield with the proper wiring, harnesses, etc. Harley as well as another local and very reputable stereo shop both turned me on to Dan at Walnut Creek Customs and I honestly won't go anywhere else ever again. I'm already in talks to upgrade my next bike when I purchase a road glide. Their prices are very competitive with other local shops but their attention to detail, honesty, and straight shooting advice is worth every penny! These guys are not here to nickel and dime you- they are here to offer you options that work for your budget and get you in and out and back on the road enjoying your ride to the fullest. I could tell just from speaking to Dan and Mark that they had my best interest at heart so I basically told them a budget number and let them run with it It turned out I didn't have a bad ground in my stereo, but my entire head unit was bad after 10+ years of being exposed to the elements and vibrating itself to pieces internally. They hooked me up with the new top of the line Rockford Fosgate single din stereo meant specifically for my generation of Harley Davidson They also found two additional bad grounds near the battery, as well as a battery tender which was never hooked back up by the previous shop who replaced it Speaking of shops, you can tell a lot about a company by first impressions, and their shop is meticulously maintained, organized and clean. You could (almost) eat off of the floor, and that says a lot when it comes to getting your vehicle back without missing clips and pins or loose parts, etc.. After burning through two standard batteries, and now being on my second lithium-ion, I was grateful that they found the issues. Once they have the faring opened up, they found a rats nest of wiring that could create additional problems as well as interference from not being routed properly After getting all the wiring hooked up, repairing the battery issues and installing the new head unit they even took the extra time to add a USB plug into one of my blank spaces on the front fairing, so I no longer have to connect via Bluetooth. I can connect directly to my stereo, charge my phone, take calls and play music plus it looks very professional as if it was done from the factory. As a bonus, they also re-tuned my amplifier for optimum sound, and installed some acoustical cones behind my stereo speakers for deeper bass, and better range.I'm not sure what else they did but the bike definitely looked a lot cleaner when I got it back as well. Truly, grateful to have found a solid company, such as a Walnut, Creek, Customs, and again a special shout out to Dan for accommodating my schedule even though I missed an appointment and Mark for all of his hard work and dedication to making things right I also run two small businesses, both of which are five star rating on yelp so I can tell you for certain that they have earned their five star reputation!”

“Mike and his team are AWESOME! I am a busy real estate broker. My clients rely on me to get them through whatever obstacles are in their way to get to a successful close. A licensed GC patched and painted over and concealing damaged window sills which was discovered upon inspection. Side note, when I told the concierge service that I would have the work professionally inspected, they said, and I quote, "Why? Doesn't the buyer pay for that?" To which I replied, "And what? Have a problem discovered during the escrow? Then what?" No thank you. The best surprises in real estate are no surprises. Mike removed the old sills and cut on site to fit the new and worked with me to remove any damaged material to do a thorough and proper repair. They also had to replace a large piece of glass on an upper level which weighed a lot with difficult access. This was a picture window with a BB gun hole also missed by the GC. They were fast, clean, efficient and reasonable!”

“I am a year late posting this but the memory of my car being broken into just came up on Facebook and reminded me that I never posted this review. The people at All Star Glass were awesome! I had no idea I would be facing weeks and possibly months to get Toyota replacement glass. The lady at All Star glass was able to order me comparable glass with the same tint and everything was fixed within a week. They ordered the glass, had it express shipped and had me in to repair the same day it arrived . They also invited me to come in on the day the break in happened and vacuumed up the glass and did a great job of wrapping the window. The wrap lasted all week during rain storms and my car never got wet. A year later the window looks great and works great, and the tint is perfect match! I would highly recommend All Star glass.”

“Aside from surviving, there are few reasons to feel lucky after a car accident. We found two: BMW Collision Center and their estimator, Maurice Perry. Our Audi A7 sustained major front end damage. BMWCC's repair is flawless. The A7 is aluminum bodied with very close panel tolerances, requiring specialized training and equipment to realign precisely. The multiple damaged panels required exacting color matching, blending and clear coat application to achieve a seamless result. As other reviewers have said, Maurice Perry, BMWCC estimator, was absolutely key to negotiating an equitable settlement with our insurance company. Unless you actually work in the car insurance business, you will not be aware of the of the numerous tactics insurance companies use to drive claim resolutions in their favor. Having a deeply experienced advocate was essential to receiving the full benefit of our policy. Maurice is a true professional; timely, responsive, good humored and most importantly - effective.”
