“I called on a Sunday morning to have my car window replaced. Robert had to drive all the way to San Jose to pick up windows at their warehouse in San Jose. He arrived later that morning to my house in Concord to have it fixed within 45 minutes. Price is very reasonable and excellent customer service. I highly recommend this place. Thanks, Robert!”
“If I could give more than 5 stars I sure would! After calling multiple places this was the best options for my budget about $200 less than their competitors and their services was even better than the competition. It was a sunny day when they came to my job to do a whole windshield replacment then out of nowhere it started raining a TON! Somehow my windshield was replaced without any water getting into my car I have no idea how they did it, but dang they did a good job. it clearly wasn't the guy's first rodeo, but I cannot get over how he got this finished.”
“Had a great experience with Walnut Creek Customs. Although a few unexpected issues came up along the way, the team handled everything professionally and stayed true to their original quote—no surprises. Huge thanks to Dan for going above and beyond to help me get the exact system I was looking for. Highly recommend!”
“I cannot recommend Jet Black Window Tint in Walnut Creek enough! From the second I walked in, Noor took amazing care of me. His customer service is top-tier; he was welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely valued as a customer right from the start.
Carlos did an absolutely prestigious job on the car. I was so impressed by his attention to detail—he carefully covered parts of my vehicle to ensure no glue got anywhere. Carlos, your work ethic, dedication, and high standards are truly unmatched. Between Noor's incredible hospitality and Carlos’s expert craftsmanship, they went above and beyond.
They have just obtained a lifetime customer of their shop, and every car I get in the future will be coming straight to them. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. I will definitely be recommending them to all the car clubs I'm in, as well as my friends and family!”
