While they had the vehicle apart, they took care of several additional repairs and maintenance items that weren’t even part of the original quote, including the air filters, spark plugs, and an oil change. They also detailed the vehicle, which was completely unexpected and a nice touch.

“They saved me thousands of dollars. An honest mechanics are worth their weight in gold. Les Shwab had recommended 3 repairs for about $4000. My car is only worth that so I started car shopping, then I decided to take it here for a second option. They told that I didn't need the CV axel or control arms which Les Shwab said I should prioritize doing 1st, and that the struts could use replacing but I could wait if I didn't want to put the money in now. “We were from Washington State on a long road trip and our transmission started not shifting past 2nd gear and we took it in and they figured out the source of the problem which was the computer and thankfully not the transmission. “I took my car into Roberts Auto Care and Fleet Services because the AC fan in my vehicle had stopping working. I received a quote of $500 to replace the fan and the relay [?]. When Robert was preparing to resolve the issue he found that a mouse had made a nest in the fan. Robert took the fan out and removed the nest, cleaned everything out, and replaced the air cabin filter which was damaged by the mouse. He charged me $90. As you can imagine, I was thrilled with the discovery, the honesty, and the price. I will return to Roberts Auto Care and Fleet Services For my automotive needs.”
