The in-house crew updated me every step of the way, making sure we were totally happy with the end product. FYI, everyone was super easy to work with and pleasant as other reviewers noted. So glad I took the recommendations of so many neighbors; it was a major purchase that significantly transformed and updated our home.”

“I highly recommend Fleury's, they are a family owned business that has this down to a science.I've sent my clients to them in the past, and used them this time for carpet in my own home. It was no easy feat, between our furniture and the whole family's schedule. Chris and Patrick were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They worked with their installation crew to come up with some "outside of the box" solutions to specific needs we had with our stairs. Their crew was polite and hard working. When I found a tack sticking up, Patrick sent someone out the very next day to fix it.They sell different qualities of carpet, depending on your needs, and I was really happy to support a local business.”

“They took on my job and did a quick turnaround and accepted payment in escrow but the quality if the carpet is just so-so. I asked for carpet that wasn't "apt grade" as I was a contractor for a time and I know carpet but seems that's all they had for a quick install. So I took it. I will say the carpet looks great and I'm selling my home so not an issue but I know there are higher grades of carpet I could have gotten from Lowes or Home Depot at the same price. If you're in a hurry or just need a quick install these are your guys. They are just bit expensive for the quality of carpet.”

In fact they found several that I liked and sent me carpet samples to make a final decision. Then they came when they said they would for the installation. “I contacted this company because my fiancé and I want to refinish our hardwood floors but it can be pricy especially for people on a budget like us so we thought we would DIY 1 room ourself to see if we could do it to save some money. I wanted some advice besides YouTube videos I've watched so I called top knot flooring and I believe I spoke to mike the owner and asked if he would give us some advice on how to do our floors. I was surprised with the amount of knowledge he gave us because I was sure he would just want us to hire him instead to make some money but it was the total opposite. He was extremely knowledgeable and walked me step by step on what to do with our floors.
