“It was my first time at this location and I went there to actually close my account when I was received by Mrs. Lili Saki who was extremely helpful and really saved the day. She found out about something really wrong in my account and corrected immediately allowing me to be able to manage my own business account.I really appreciate her input and power that day. All is well! Lili tahnk you so much for everything - Karen Laranjeira”

Citibank ATM
560 Center Ave, Martinez CA 94553
“I have walked in twice and met with a warm smile from Branch Manager, Mario Morales. A REAL professional. He acted as it there was nothing better to do than help me (and I did not have an appointment...a rare response to drop ins normally!) Mario hung on the telephone with Citibank to walk through all the steps to help me. Tremendous patience and kindness. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a good baking experience. He always shows me the work he is doing on his computer screen and gives me copies of anything accomplished. AWESOME!!! (And frankly I have NEVER had a bad experience in my 16+ years at this bank!)”

Cardtronics
1250 Morello Ave, Martinez CA 94553
“Snapped up a new to me TDI. This was the closest decent gas station. Diesel prices seemed a little high but the place was clean and the credit card reader worked without song or dance. Overall a great experience. Other than probably not being the cheapest place in town there wasn't anything to complain about. Credit card 'tap' feature worked.... a receipt printed at the pump, things were clean... The pump was even quick. In no time I went from "E" to "F." I once had this super slow pump in Oakland. It lead to what was known as 'the great Fruitvale diesel spill of 2022.' The thing just wouldn't shut off and it was after hours... This huge, horrific event that children will read about in history books for years to come. Glad we didn't have something like that happen again. My TDI loved the fuel here. Runs like a top. Starts right up in an instant anytime you get the key anywhere near the ignition. Yup, thats what Chevron can do for a car.”

Wells Fargo ATM

“Had to get a quote for some banking stuff, since I honestly had no clue what to expect. Got in touch with these folks and they were right on time—everything went smoothly. Ended up going with them instead of my first choice out here in Pinole.”
