He acted as it there was nothing better to do than help me (and I did not have an appointment...a rare response to drop ins normally!) Mario hung on the telephone with Citibank to walk through all the steps to help me. Tremendous patience and kindness. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a good baking experience. He always shows me the work he is doing on his computer screen and gives me copies of anything accomplished. AWESOME!!! (And frankly I have NEVER had a bad experience in my 16+ years at this bank!)”
“Pros:Customer Service person was so nice and answered every question I asked very well.Cons: After approving my new car loan and walking into the dealership to close the deal. the car dealership tried to reach the bank on couple of occasions without any succes.I would have said the dealership was not been truthfull because they were trying to have me finance with them. but I had already experienced it myself for the last couple of weeks. trying to reach the bank was so tidous not to mention endless attempts trying to log into my own account all in the name of some merger or update. I eventualy went back in to finance with the dealership for my peace of mind.This was a horrible experience”

Seemed like when I enabled auto-payment on the loan I needed to specify the number of payments that I wanted to process. Sadly my math was bad and I was 2 short, hence the non-payment.
