“I've been going to the gym for probably close to 30 years when it first opened under another name. It works for me. I've gone to big Gym's. In fact, a whole lot in the past. But I'd like the smallest of this one because the machines are all next to each other I can get in and out quickly. It's very easy to use and the price is very reasonable. And it's open 24 seven. PS it's clean. Now the parking can be a bit tricky, and you do need to feed the meters after 9 o'clock. But it's totally convenient for me and I'm back at it feeling strong. And now that I'm over 65, there is a program called "silver and fit" and it pays for my gym membership. Now that is very good.”

“Not to be dramatic… but my life changed for the better almost three years ago when I joined 9Round :). The concept of nine stations, each with two different exercises for three mins, makes for an incredibly efficient workout. You can go as many rounds as you want! It’s perfect for those with busy schedules, yet still a great workout. A huge part of what makes 9 Round stand out is the team. Tom, the owner, is hospitable and knowledgeable and Shout out to the best trainers of 9 Round- Tom, Dee, Justin, & Trenton.”
