I was working with one of the employees and he was having a hard time so he decided to get his manager. Daniela (the store manager) came to help and cleared a lot of the frustration I was having. I ended up joining because of her! I love this store and I am happy to say I am a proud customer of t-mobile!”

“I would just like to give big big props to your employee at the store on Arnold Dr in Martinez. I have been to three other of your locations in the last 3 days and been on the phone since Friday with your 611 service and no one could help me and I walked in and he did one thing and it fixed my phone he is an amazing employee and I've always had absolutely wonderful results from this store!!!! I want everyone to know if you have a problem with your phone go to the Arnold drive Martinez T-Mobile and they are going to fix it and help you!!!
