While pretty extensive, the process is 'fair' overall, materials requested all within reach and in most cases, the request is reasonable and ties well to what the lender needs. John and team are extremely knowledgeable and help guide 'how to' which is required sometimes with the multiple systems invovled in getting the information (The lender portal is very straight forward and easy to use).
