“I've done multiple transactions with MDL and they come through every time. After my first refinance with them, rates dropped about a year later and they called to give me a heads up, offering to lower my rate. Thankfully I have a pretty solid sense of numbers and I like diving into the details. The loan officer and processor did that with me. We compared rates and terms to find the best fit. One of the things I really like is they have a secure online portal where I can upload all my docs. Its easy to use and very clear about what is missing and what they already have. It keeps me from having to email back and forth asking for status updates- it's all there! Unfortunately the lender that MDL paired me with didn't offer the best service but I was able to snag a solid rate. The lender continued to mess up my closing disclosures and MDL worked with them to get paperwork straightened out. I found MDL to be helpful and ensure my loan stayed on track. Overall I would recommend the MDL team for your lending needs. They've done well for me.”
