“John's communications is excellent; he's up to speed on the process and able to guide / foresee / respond in a timely manor to inquiries / issues in almost real time. While pretty extensive, the process is 'fair' overall, materials requested all within reach and in most cases, the request is reasonable and ties well to what the lender needs. John and team are extremely knowledgeable and help guide 'how to' which is required sometimes with the multiple systems invovled in getting the information (The lender portal is very straight forward and easy to use). Things / expectations / process was described well at the onset, so there were no real surprises, it worked as planned and the loan funded on the closing day -- very successful process overall.”
