“Ill start with the good the tow truck driver and owner were amazing people and worked with me and im super grateful for them as they helped me out alot. They got my car home to antioch from martinez and went above and beyond to help. My only negative part of this experience was the lack of work put in on the dispatchers end. If i were this company id just fire this person as they are incapable of doing the job correctly She relayed 0 information to my driver and or tow company which i dont even understand seeing as this is the entire purpose of their job.”

“I found myself in the unfortunate situation of having a car breakdown on the side of the road. I called Bay View towing service, and they were nothing short of exceptional. The dispatcher was empathetic and assured me that help was on the way. Within 30 minutes, a tow truck arrived, and the driver was both professional and courteous. Thank you”
