Charged me for 5 gl of gas for 36 miles driven on the highway mostly!!! 7miles per gallon???!
The manager credited me $15 which makes fuel charge more reasonable. I just wish it was done right in the first place.

I’ve rented from U-Haul before. The U-Haul at Pacheco Mini Storage was great. I was pleased with the customer service, the simplicity to pick up/drop off the van. I’ll rent from them from now on, when needed.
