I’ve been coming to this UPS location for the past 3 years, usually in the mornings before 9:30. And honestly? The experience is consistently rough. The staff (especially morning shifts) are ridiculously rude and based on other recent reviews, it’s clearly not just me noticing this.
I don’t go in asking for anything complicated; usually just a quick print of something I emailed the night before or help shipping a USPS package. Nothing major. But I’m almost always met with attitude, short tones, and an overall feeling like I’m inconveniencing them by existing. I've even waited in line with only 4 people ahead of me and still somehow lost 20+ minutes, just to reach a register and be treated rudely for no reason.
So why the 3 stars instead of 1?
Because this morning I was helped by Robert, and he was an absolute standout. If he’s not already a supervisor or manager, he should be. He was kind without being condescending, explained things clearly without me needing to ask, and treated me like a human being. He was patient, knowledgeable, and efficient — and somehow did all that without slowing down the line.
If I walk in and see Robert behind the counter, I’ll stay.
But if it’s anyone else? I’ll burn the extra gas and head out to the Clayton & Treat location, because Julie, the manager there, gets things done fast, friendly, and right.

The personnel here are just flat out rude - every time I go in. They act with disdain when you are just asking for normal services. The line is always long, and there is typically only 1 person working. I made a notary appoitment online and showed up 5 minutes before my appointment; there was a long line when I walked in. I walked up to the desk and was immediately and sternly told to get in line. When I mentioned that I had a notary appointment, I was again, rudely and sternly told to get in line and there is no such thing as notary appointments, even though I had an email appointment confirmation. I had arranged my morning around this appointment and didn't have time to stand in an hour line. I found a local notary in DT Martinez (Forms and More) and was in and out in 10 minutes, and Lisa was friendly and accomodating.

Long wait and super rude service. They can't help you with returns because a box is not taped up. Tired of the unfriendliness. Will drive the extra ten minutes to the other ups.

I was rushed once I was at the register, the employee seemed flustered. Later I realized I never received tracking number for second item when I went to track and when I called the store a man who answered was extremely rude. Bad customer service all around.

Always a Long Wait!
Lines are often out the door. The main problem is they only have two staff members on the job and frequently there are customers who are having notary services performed. That process seems to take over 15 minutes per transaction. Those of us that are just dropping off a package and need a receipt have to wait in this single line. The owner would be well advised to hire another staff member and have a separate line for those with lengthy transactions.
There are other UPS locations nearby; try one of those instead.
On the plus side, this location does have a wide variety of services and the staff, for the most part, are friendly and helpful.

And still a month later reset me the same card that I told him I didn't want she's just playing games she's a thief don't use these people I use these guys to make some cards and flyers about 4 months ago the first time I had to call them four times to get a response where are my cards at so she made it up to me the owner that is and now the second time I've used them same thing didn't call me tried to give me the wrong card when I already showed him exactly what I wanted I will never use them again and I will not recommend them whatsoever

There is one unavoidable truth about using this store: ridiculous lines. Every. Single. Time. Lines up to 10 people long.
As part of my job I travel and use my fair share of UPS Stores. For literally all other locations it’s in and out. This is not true at this location. I am not using hyperbole when I say that lines are regularly 12 minutes or longer. There is one, maybe two employees who are either slow or engaged with faxing….or doing live scan…or something else. And they are unable to clear the line quickly once it builds up by handing quick drop offs before engaging in yet another sale that takes forever.

I am partially blind. I needed help making copies . A young man named Christian was exceptionally kind & went above and beyond to make sure I was totally taken care of to my satisfaction.
He was such a God given blessing I can see why his name is CHRISTIAN! Blessings to you!
