“Went online to order a Pit Boss Lexington pellet smoker. It was $400 on Amazon. Walmart had them for $297 but were running a special with $30 off which brought it down to $267 plus tax. Walmart was sold out at most of the locations except for the Marysville location. According to the Walmart website, there were 6 left at Marysville for $267. I put my online order in 45 minutes later and there were none left online. Not knowing if my order went through, I called and was transferred to Shannon, the lead in their OPD department. She tracked down the last one which apparently hadn't yet been pulled from the shelf for my online order. Shannon assured me that it was mine and made sure it was tagged for me for pickup. I picked it up about 40 minutes later. Absolutely the best customer service I've experienced even when compared to higher end businesses. I hope management will take note as employees like Shannon will ultimately climb the ladder and lead by example.”

“I love this store! Well, I actually just love the employees. I went today tans when I went to swipe my card, it wouldn’t work. It asked for me to enter the number. I could not read it. Elizabeth was so nice! She said “I’ve got you!” , she punched in the numbers. She went above and beyond! There’s also an amazing girl that works there with long brown hair, wears it in a ponytail, can’t remember her name, but she’s also so sweet! Employees rock here! The store itself… well we all know they need to stop putting stock in the aisles!”

Completely fan girling over her every time we come in. We forgot a bottle of Jameson alcohol and she brought it our car.?? She is so hot. 10/10 recommend.”
