“We had a plumber come to our house in Los Angeles to check out a leak in our tankless water heater. Bradley quickly found the problem and gave us clear recommendations on how to fix it. Even though it seemed like the whole unit needed replacing, Bradley worked with the water heater’s warranty department and was able to get us a brand new water heater. They ordered it and did the installation the very next day. Bradley was great to work with—very professional, always on time, and kept us updated throughout the process. Jonah handled the installation and did a fantastic job with both the setup and the clean-up. He explained how everything worked and what we should do to keep our new warranty in good shape. Both plumbers were excellent, and I highly recommend them!”

“The owner is a very knowledgeable lady who really knows her stuff. My e-bike’s rear tire was damaged because it got stuck on a stapler, and I was worried it might happen again. If she hadn’t told me about the options between air-filled and solid tires, I honestly wouldn’t have known. Thanks to her advice, I chose a solid tire, and my bike was repaired perfectly.
She also repaired it super fast — I dropped it off at noon, and it was ready to pick up in the afternoon! Repairing an e-bike can be quite complicated since you need to remove the rear motor, but she handled it very professionally.
After changing to the solid tire, I felt the ride was a bit bumpier than before, with some shaking. She quickly found the reason and added a small cushion pad in the wire box to reduce the vibration. She also helped adjust my seat to make it more comfortable and better balanced, since I didn’t have much experience with e-bikes before.
Now it rides very smoothly, and I don’t have to worry about the tire breaking again. I’m very satisfied with the repair.

“Store and prices are always great, for this location, you have to decide if you want to deal with the rude employees or not. They aren't friendly, don't know how to say excuse me and start the day with attitudes (its 830am). Where is the original crew? But overall, one of the best stores to shop in. “I came into this DD's to find address for Christmas party. I know a lot of people wouldn't think of DD's when it comes to getting a dress for a Christmas party. I actually found two, they were both nice only to come home and find out I didn't have shoes to go with either. Therefore I didn't end up wearing either one of them. But the best thing is if I have somewhere else to go I already have two dresses. For the purchase of the two dresses I don't think I spent over $25”

I have been impressed with the cleanliness, well stocked, and organized the aisle and stock merchandise. “This lady went above and beyond for me today while shopping at DDs. A great shopping experience ends bad, so I think !!! After paying with my phone seconds later it was gone. Like a magic trick. I kept going back and forth checking, speaking with the kind representatives. Until a manager came to help review the footage for me, explaining that yes I did put in my pocket. That’s all I wanted to know because even if someone took it I just wanted to be at peace with that. She was so patient with me as I was crying suggesting to go back to look in the car etc. when I realized I went to the little grass area to take my puppy to the bathroom. And there it was right in the grass! Thank you for being so compassionate and understanding and kind. I will find out your name and also give you praise for this. You may think it was a small gesture to just look at the footage for me, but it meant so much. All I could think is I was going to loose all my pictures of my dog that passed and now my new puppy.”
