“Since my student health center at my college was not available, I looked for an urgent care nearby. I did a quick search via Yelp and read the reviews for Vermont Urgent Care & Multi Specialty Center and decided to visit their website to schedule an appointment to be seen that day. The website is easy to navigate and I was able to schedule an appointment within the hour! I called to check what the cost of the initial consultation would be and it was very competitive compared to other urgent cares. I loved how the location was easily accessible via public transportation as I can't even imagine parking in K-Town, lol.Upon arrival I let the receptionist know I was there for my appointment and she gave me a few short forms to fill out. I was paying out of pocket and she let me know the consultation cost and I confirmed I wanted to continue. I was brought back promptly by the nurse who took my vitals. Not more than two minutes later the Dr came in and did my assessment and was able to prescribe the medicine to be picked up at the receptionist desk. I appreciated the Dr's kind. bedside manner and I did not feel rushed.Upon checking out my total was under $100 and I was quite grateful.If I ever need another urgent care visit, I will come back to this clinic!”

“I selected Dr. Yau as my primary care physician based on his Yelp reviews and my first office visit. Since then I have been even more impressed with each appointment. First, the business and administrative staff is friendly and efficient. I have had very little waiting time and the post-visit follow ups by staff are great. Second, the nurses are calm and conscientious. I liked my last primary care physician but everyone at his office seemed harried and overworked, while Dr. Yau's team (they really do feel like a team) seem to be comfortable in their roles. Last but not least there is Dr. Yau himself. He is caring, warm and comprehensive in his approach. He seems genuinely interested and curious about my health. He is an exceptional communicator; for instance, in offering explanations about treatment alternatives and recommended approaches. On top of all that, this is a rare facility in Monterey Park where those who speak English, Mandarin, and Cantonese can feel welcome.”

“Very great and convenient clinic. All In One Clinic makes getting the care you need accessible and affordable. They accept FSA/HSA as well. They have great availability, are open on the weekends, and are very thorough. They are technologically advanced, have an online portal, and allow you to check in and check your chart online. I definitely recommend to anyone needing care that may or may not be covered under your current insurance policy. Give them a try for yourself!”
“I went in with an unusual situation as far as insurance coverage but the receptionist took her time to help me figure it all out. The nurse and doctor were wonderful and patient with my aunt that spoke no English. All 3 were amazing and so helpful! We didn’t wait long and the place was clean. I would definitely return and with some ice cream for the staff next time.”

“I was really impressed with my first visit at Dr. Chang's office. After having my vitals taken by the medical assistant, I was expecting maybe 10 minutes with the actual doctor like most medical offices. As soon as Dr. Chang came in, however, I was surprised at how thorough the consultation was. He was very personable, took the time to answer my (many) questions, and made the entire experience very comfortable. I appreciated the way he took the time to explain his reasoning for anything he recommended me and listened to my input on how I wanted to proceed to meet my goals as well. I'm extremely happy I got everything I needed to do in one single visit. I had a great experience from the ease of parking, friendliness of the front office, reasonable wait times, and actual quality of care. I highly recommend Dr. Chang.”
“Normally I really like this place, they usually get us in and out and do what they can to find out what is wrong with you. However today, they closed at 6pm due to "inclement weather" while we were only experiencing normal rainy weather. That was disappointing because my daughter really needed some care and they were closed early. Pretty disappointing as she had to go another day w/o medication. There was no need to take her to the E.R, urgent care is what we needed in this case.”

There have been 6 times that I have spoken at different times and THEY DON'T ANSWER! The service of Dr Arévalo; It's unique. Super professional and listens to my questions and/or doubts. Please talk to the people in charge of the phone. If they don't like their job, let them quit!!!”

“Amazing experience! Just had a consult and was very pleased with the level of care, at first I was hesitant given the reviews but ultimately gave her shot since she’s locally convenient for me! She gave me multiple options for treatments and advised referrals would be given to specialists she recommended I should see. Maria, the lady in the back, she is also very attentive and great help in explaining. Celeste and Alejandra and Josefina are wonderful ladies and assisted with such professionalism! “I have been with Via care East Los Angeles since 2016 and have received quality , professional and courteous service. I do however want to recognize a specific person who definitely stands out. her name is Rebecca and she is currently located at the 280 S Atlantic Blvd. site. She is my Medical case worker. Ms. Rebecca and have gotten to know each other very well as she has been in my life professional for almost 2 years. When I need a medically related service she is always attentive and responsive with solutions and a positive and professional response. Ms. Rebecca was very helpful during my past experience of being homeless and living between shelters and the streets, providing me with food items which were non perishable, gift cards to purchase personal needs and hygiene kits. THANK YOU MS. REBECCA for continuously treating me with care, kindness and support. I am eternally grateful. I no longer live I the streets and have a place to call home .Ms. Rebecca continues to be supportive in the form of transportation assistance to my doctor appts, assistance with making my dr. appts, and researching additional services I need when given referrals for specialty care. Finally i truly appreciate her follow ups and concerns when I am not feeling well. Through all my hospitalizations, covid and surgeries she took the time to check in on me. “First time visit for my physical. I've been a obgyn patient with Beverly Care at their other facility and delivered my kids at Beverly Hospital as well. And I wasn't let down by their high quality patient care once again. Dr. Linn was terrific! Knowledgeable, sensitive, and super informative. She pays attention and answers all your questions ,I immediately felt at ease and felt confident in my receiving expert medical care. Staff was great, too. Little to no wait in the lobby. Anna the medical assistant and her colleague who was an extern ,carefully paid attention when drawing my blood . She was very good and zero pain. “I've had this practice as my primary care facility with Dr. Andrew Yen being my PCP. Every time I was in need Dr. Yen was very helpful, and really took the time and effort to help me with what I needed. I wanted to leave this review also because, in the last 3/4 months I had some issues that caused me to call the office many times. And, literally, every time I talked to nurses, or administrators there, they were always super kind and helpful and that goes a long way when you're already stressed out because of a medical issue. So I totally recommend this facility and their staff :)”
