“We stopped by yesterday and Alex helped us immediately. He set us up with a color coordinator named Stephanie was extremely knowledgeable. She gave us excellent recommendations and was extremely patient. Afterward we came back to the shop and Andriana got us all of the color swatches.

I had a great experience at Brown Bolt & Nut in Paramount. Joe helped me out and provided excellent customer service he was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I found exactly what I needed. It’s not always easy to get good help when searching for specific parts, but Joe made the process quick and stress free. Definitely recommend this place if you need bolts, nuts, or hardware and want great service!”
“Frankly the best hardware store I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. They have EVERYTHING. Fans, leaf blowers, garden soil, fruit pickers, massive assortment of shovels and hoes, shelving, toilets, bidets, the biggest selection of screws and fasteners I have ever seen, and FROZEN RHUBARB PIES? I've never seen a store like this. Employees are incredibly helpful as well”

“It’s always a pleasure visiting this Harbor Freight, the staff is usually kind and helpful. However, I have noticed a few occasions where some employees were standing around chatting instead of helping customers, leaving one person to manage a growing line alone. It’s a bit frustrating, especially when it feels like those employees notice the situation, make eye contact, then look/ walk away while customers are clearly getting impatient.
That aside, I really can’t complain. Harbor Freight consistently delivers quality tools at great prices, and their return policy is excellent, giving me peace of mind with every purchase. It’s always my go-to spot for getting the tools I need to finish my projects. Keep up the great work, Harbor Freight!”

I loved the quick response which then led me to go to the location to get my 5lb co2 tank filled. The service was fast got in and out in about 15 min there were 2 customers before me. I Will likely come back if I get another tank or when my current one empties in a year or so.”

I bought some plumbing pipe wrenches ony last trip and they saved me about 60% over similar wrenches from Home Depot, etc. Harbor Freight often has regular weekly and monthly sales, so pick up their sale flyers or check their website for info.”

“I don't give him very many 5 star reviews for considering this place was closed when I got here and I'm a little rough around the edges and I wasn't made to feel a certain way like I was there to steal I get that a lot and I'm okay with that the employees were very very polite and helped me In getting the parts that I needed Alejandro thank you. Definitely need more consumers with values as the employees were in this establishment and it was Ace hardware not true value what do you know So if you want true value you'll find it in this Ace hardware”
