“I cant express how much I really enjoy doing business with the people here at Mr. Steves. Not only are they reasonable they are very empathetic towards any one who walks in their shop. Oscar is a true god send. I cant thank him enough for the kind encouragement he gave me when I needed it as well as his customer service. I really love that place. Please go there and tell them KOKO sent you!!”
“I really enjoyed the customer service here and the quality items they have as well. I appreciate a pawnshop that has good quality inventory.
When I needed the money, they put me on a payment plan that was very easy and simple and I do not recommend anywhere else because I did the footwork and many ones out there are terrible.
And most of all stay away from the pawnshop next-door the old guy has a horrible attitude, and he will make you feel stereotyped and judged.”
“imperial Jewelry & Loan is the most honest and legitimate pawn shop I have ever worked with. very professional customer service, honest and fair. they test gold with a modern tester that does not need for all that scraping and solution on a plate. great way to pawn your items with out having to worry of getting them damaged when checked for purity. what won me over about this establishment is the fact that they text you well in advance to remind you of your pending ticket so that you will not lose access to your pawned belongings. if your goal is to simply visit to shop their inventory they have a great selection of designer woman's handbags, curated sought after electronics, great power tools, watches, sunglasses, and just all around good finds at good prices. Thank you Jason for always helping me out, and imperial jewelry & loan for pawning my goods when times get a little challenging. continued success and blessings.”
“I was in the whole when I woke up when I got there victor was so nice help me out with what I needed he is the best that pawn shop is the best come on down victor will take care of you !”
“BEST pawn shop in town dude for real. Great loan pricing/reasonability, honest business and lots of random cool stuff in store for sale people previously sold or pawned. William especially was awesome and oscar was helpful and cool too GENUINELY I HIGHLY recommend doing business here, they do stuff the right way.. properly and business-like. A+”
“My first experience with a pawn shop ever was made very pleasant by Elmar. :) He made sure to explain the process, and did a thorough examination of my items which I really appreciated. (They pay a very good price for gold) He also took the time to explain how loans and buying from them worked which was great to note for future purchases. After everything, I walked out with a big chunk of cash and a nice perspective of this little pawn shop!”

I came in to sell jewelry from past relationships as part of closing a chapter, and the process was respectful and smooth. Cali and Sam were professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They offered fair pricing, and the store was clean and well organized. I’ll definitely be back to shop. Kudos to Cali and Sam for an excellent experience!”

I liked that the first time I used their service they explained everything to me and they allowed me to pay everything back within the first 30 days without paying any setup fee. . The owner is very reasonable with you after he sees you are a good paying customer.”
“Pawn shops are iconic in the American landscape of quick cash for things. These guys at Amor are the real Pawn Stars. No frills, no nonsense. Knowledgable. Always accomodating. They have a cool youngblood at night keeping business going. And by day, Aaron, assistant manager, the guy is a pro-analyzer of all goods, a smooth operator repping this shop. Is he Richard Harrison? lol. Pepper has the customer service thing down, always ready to assist me with my stuff. Nice guys. These lads are a fresh take that give this shop- The A1 Service stamp of approval. The prices for the pawn loan are top notch, generous and able to give loans for items other pawn shops could only dream of. And with Amor giving much amor, those shops can keep dreaming of my presence. Truly the name fits the experience- Amor! (love)”
“The best experience EVER!We bought our engagement ring here and not only is it my favorite thing I've ever owned, but working with Amigos Pawn Shop was one of my favorite shopping experiences. We wanted a vintage ring that was unique and they helped us to find the perfect one for super reasonable price. We recommend him to all of our friends. They showed us their jewelry (muster pieces) designs, an amazing designer!!!!!!!!Never seen anything like it.”
