“This shop provides a level of service and expertise that is far above the norm. Jordan and his team are amazing. I had a broken crankshaft pulley/harmonic balancer bolt that had snapped off deep inside the crankshaft on an engine with only 50,000 miles. 99% of shops would call that an engine killer and stop there, with rebuild or replacement as the only options. They have an in-house machine shop and specialize in bolt extractions. They were able to drill and extract the broken bolt. What could've been a $7,000-$12,000 engine replacement ended up costing under $1,000. They also explained the fact that most shops re-use the old crankshaft bolts and over-torque them. They take pride in quality of work over the easy fix. Everyone I dealt with was very knowledgeable and experienced, very informative, and very friendly. Not to mention the fact that I found them completely by accident because every other shop that I called couldn't fit me in for at least a week. Jordan fit me in the day I called him and had my truck back on the road within a few days. If you want quality work by mechanics that take pride in what they do and really know their trade, this is the best choice in northern Humboldt County.”
