“Love this store but I personally don't like how often the employees ask me if I need help and it often feels like they are watching me/following me around as if I'm gonna steal or something. Iv been a regular and loyal customer for over 3 years now so it's pretty annoying. There's always parking spaces open which is nice and there's a pretty good variety of products in the store. Rarely is an item out of stock but some things, like the pet section for example, are extremely over priced. Overall it's a great store.”
“Last year we bought a returned roll-up garage door from Thomas Home Center. They gladly held it for us several months until we were ready to install it. This year we bought new interior doors for our house. They worked with us through our many revisions and changes, coming to our house to measure, and answered lots of questions patiently. Tim is their door installer; he got our doors installed in half the estimated time, then came back to make an adjustment without any questions with no complaints. He's a gem.”
