“Had a key made for a compartment in my RV. They didn't have the exact key size but tried using a similar one. Thought it worked but it wouldn't open both locks required to get the compartment open only one side unlocked. So went up to let them know they refunded me for it. Very nice about the whole thing. I'm glad they at least tried. Appreciate the friendly service.”
