“Long's Automotive referred me to Menifee Collision Center to assist me with the hood of my car not being completely closed. When I arrived Raul was at the front office. After explaining the reason for the hood not being completely closed Raul asked Shaun, their body man, to take a look. Raul and Shaun both said I couldn't drive the car with the hood not being locked down. They said it was a safety issue since the hood latch cable was broken. Shaun was very gracious to install the new cable that I had purchased. Upon further inspection they determined the car was not safe to drive do to the amount of damaged to the front end of which I was not informed of when I purchased the car. Raul and Shawn took the time to explain the situation. I would highly recommend Menifee Collision Center.”

“i was scammed by what they call gypsy and he messed up the paint on my Mercedes. i had an estimate from body shop for $850. I called Nick and sent him a picture of the damage and he gave me a quote for $350. so I asked him to do it and he was at my house in two days and painted my car. He did a good job. I saved a lot. There's also a small dent on my car and he painted it for free. The dent was so small so I don't need to have it fixed. Just paint is fine for me. Thank you to all who gave him good reviews and that's why I hired him for the job. it pays to read reviews.”
“My car would not start earlier today. I called Auto Zone and O’Reillys. While Auto Zone was just a few dollars cheaper, the customer service I received both on the phone and in person from O’Reillys was exceptional and definitely worth a few more dollars! German greeted me with a smile and dropped a new battery in my car in less than 10 minutes! The best experience I received today was the fastest, simplest service I’ve ever dealt with as far as my vehicle is concerned. “Had a weird issue with my truck. Dealership said I new a battery without testing and of course their battery was nearly double of the same one from Autozone. Caeser from AZ helped me test it, charge it, and finally come to the conclusion that it wasnt the battery. He patiently and professionally assisted me with a smile on his face. Great job AZ!”
